Very disappointed the truck that rented broke down in I-95 at 3:30 pm and they not responded until 10:45 pm that's the time they pick me up they mechanic do not respond to my call

Never rent from this place. incompetent people work here. i am currently stuck in seattle bc the guy who took my weekly payment clearly doesn’t know how to do his job & charged me twice. Which sure mistakes happen but when that mistake costs the customer over $3000 the least you can do is own up to the mistake.
