Makes since why this store is closing. The employees are extremely rude.
There’s signs saying the entire store is supposed to be 20% off. Supposedly Stella & chewy were also having a promotion buy one and the second is half off (which the promotions are for all the stores). The lady at the cash register didn’t understand since THE ENTIRE STORE should be at least 20% off, it should have been on top of the buy one get one.
What’s the point of buying something at a store that’s closing down only to get the same promotions from the other stores.

Been coming here for years and it's really sad to see the poor care of the animals and how each changing manager doesn't care. There's a white bunny that's been at the store for months with hair loss that none of the managers care to treat or give more living space to. The birds always seem stressed out with their tale feathers all messed up and the fish section is truly just a cemetery. It's hard to see cause I know a lot of the regular employees care a lot about the animals but upper management won't listen to them.

Jazz was very helpful as soon as I walked in the store to buy a crate for my dog who just had surgery. He even went above and beyond to carry my crate to my truck for me (which he didn't have to do). He was a great help, and give himself and the store 5 stars for their customer service!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now for all my rabbit care needs. It’s conveniently down the street from my house and they’d price match with no issues because honestly, the prices are much higher here than at any other pet store nearby. Here, a 25lb bag of rabbit food is over $50. About 5-10 minutes away, I can get the same 25lb bag for $22. But as of recently, I was told they wouldn’t be price matching the same anymore so I’m taking my business to the more reasonably priced well known pet store. Because paying almost double for the exact same food is outrageous. With people struggling to pay their bills in this economy, they shouldn’t have to stress about feeding their animals overpriced pellets either.

Rude customer service. Came in here once and they ignored me had to beg for help and they sold me food for cats for my new puppy. I called today 7/29 to find out about return policy for open items as my dog hated the food the lame associate recommended. He kept ignoring on the call telling me to check my receipt and that he had a line in store and can’t answer my question. Always rude and not helpful or knowledgeable on products.
