I have always liked to shop here, but the last 3 times I've gone during business hours, they are closed.
The last time they were open when I went, the cashier told another customer that the store was closing at 2PM. This is on a weekend day.
If the owner knows what days the store is closing early, it would be great to post it on the front door and online.

There were weevils and weevil nests in my dog's Purina One dog food. We noticed them in the house a few weeks ago and wondered where they came from. Then we got another bag of dog food and started to pour it out and found cocoons and worm-like critters come out. These bags of food cost almost $100! Unbelievable.

Best place all around for dog food. Even tho the staff is really young, they are polite. It's hard to see in young adults nowadays

It's a great spot for pet supplies. I usually go for insects for my reptiles but I also buy things for my cat and dogs when I'm there. Great customer service too!

Easy to order with coupon. I checked in and no one brought purchase out even though I also called and was parked at the curb.
Parked went in associate was in back, I asked him why he hadnt brought it out. He said he didn't know I was there.
2nd time this has happened. Done with it, have to drive
to far for the price to matter.

Delivery service is terrible. I've ordered delivery multiple times even in sunny weather and they never deliver on time. I've had to call multiple times to check on my order, if I didn't call my order would be lost forever. They should not state that they deliver when they don't deliver and if there's no Uber drivers they will never deliver. I've placed my order on time and they never seem to have it ready. Online it said it's in stock and when you call it's not in stock. The managers and staff have no customer service skills and my order got cancelled after I had told the manager that my husband would pick it up. They have cause an inconvenience in not delivering and then cancelling my order after I told them we would pick it up. The owners don't even know what kind of staff works for them, so disrespectful! They just lost a customer.

First off, I’m not the type of person to waste time and leave reviews like this but in this case I’m taking the time in the efforts of hopefully sparing someone else from having a bad experience. This place has the worst staff and service I have ever encountered. They should all be re-trained and taught how to treat customers respectfully. I will never shop from this place again. Go elsewhere to get better products, better prices, and a better general experience.

We.love this store as we do dog training classes with Michelle from Pawsitive Prep there on Saturdays. Michelle is an amazing and knowledgeable trainer and our dog loves going to see her every week at the store. Our dog has learned so much from her and we are grateful for her patience with our fur baby. Everyone at the store is so accommodating and they have so many wonderful products available for purchase for our dog.

04/10/2024 I left my mothers dog for an appointment to be groomed, Nails, Deshedding, Facial, Gland cleaning, when I was called to pick her up I was not told she was not breathing correctly. As soon as I got with her I knew something was wrong. I was rushing to pay to get out of there and go to the ER. I told the employee their who bathed how long has she been like this and she told me while she was drying her. No one called me to tell me that she was not breathing well. She spent the night in ER. I have an open ticket# 247575 I am waiting for a response. (04/25/2024) I created my ticket with corporate, I have had open communication with the store, also emailed the appropriate documentation that was needed. I have also provided my contact info to the store manager Kelly. I have heard nothing from the store owner. I would love to settle this amicably. I will allow another 24 hours before having to pursue this matter in court.
