Same review as the others: ordered monthly for a decade with 1 of 3 not arriving. When we order, we're told it will take 2 or 3 weeks, when I call to complain the next month, "it's too late". I have always thought that their service is too consistent in its inconsistency to be unplanned. Seems these scammers are finally being exposed (see above).

Total scam of a company in my opinion. They need to be sued. They promise $40. worth of over the counter products every month. My elderly father has been ordering every month and not received a single thing since last year. I called last week to see what was going on, I tried to talk with 4 different women, every one either started yelling at me in Spanish or hung up. I kept calling until I finally got a young man that said that someone there kept cancelling my fathers order every month. This is fraud of the worst kind. Defrauding a senior citizen to keep the products yourself is the only explanation for this. This is definately racism. They seem to go berserk when they have to speak with a white person from New England. Racism and Theft. They have no intention of giving you what you want, they only want to argue and swear at you in Spanish. They owe my dad $40 x 8months at least. Someone put these shysters out of business. The way they verbally abused my father and robbed him is criminal and disgusting.

PrescribeIT has changed to Centerwell, and the OTC is as horrid as it has ever been. Often do not receive orders, and no way to order on line - have to call. Also can't log into Centerwell yet with a CarePlus ID. Been that way since they changed 2 months ago

As a recipient of a $25/mo OTC allowance I find it curious that the Miralax (generic equivalent) has been on back-order since the beginning of January. Also, PrescribeIT Rx charges $10 when they do have it as compared with 2 friends’ OTC plans that only charge $6. Somehow, this doesn’t seem right. Very disappointed.

Want the WORST imitation of actual customer service?Just deal with these clowns at PrescribeIT Rx!And I have zero choice!My medicare advantage plan uses these folks every month. In the roughly 3 years I've dealt with PrescribeIT...."maybe" 50% of my monthly orders show up! That's approx. 15+ that FAILED to arrive---or shows up destroyed due to inferior packing at PrescribeIT! All they do is toss your order in plastic envelope and throw it in the US postal service! (Now there's another poorly run entity!)Bottles get crushed; liquids leak and ruin other contents; containers get broken rendering contents UNUSABLE.....yet no change from these dolts!Latest snafu? January order failed to show (hardly surprised)....could not get call back or get Feb order in due to jammed phone call in center.Had to have insurance carrier actually call in to try to get justice---and PrescribeIT said no to both months! That's $100 worth of suppliments PrescribeIT STOLE from me!!!!I've urged Care+ to employ a different source for monthly supplement benefits; I'll be filing formal complaints with USPostal Service and Medicare.If you have to deal with PrecsribeIT be certain to monitor all orders and conditions of packages upon arrival.Call EARLY....call OFTEN to voice displeasure at lackadaisical method of operation.And USE SOCIAL MEDIA to alert and WARN the public about the detestable performance of PRECSRIBE-IT Rx......

The worse pharmacy .Got a call last Thursday from the pharmacist telling me my prescription was just sent out by ups and that I would have it on Saturday or by Monday morning.well by Monday afternoon it had not even been filled. I have been without my medicine for 2 days. This is one mis managed poorly run pharmacy.no one knows what they are doing

I have had a few erroneous drug refills as well, but they're usually corrected, however, since it is mail order it takes quite a while to receive the meds.

1/4 of the time the order is lost, 1/4 of the time it is filled with an erroneous product and 1/2 the time it is right. If it was worth my time, I would be raising 7 kinds of hell!
