I would not suggest using Promptus. Due to their lack of follow up and poor management, I was forced to pay an additional high sum of money and manage the shipment myself. They do not have good experience with Latin American to US freight and are not knowledgeable on the requirements for freight delivery. I wish I had used another freight forwarder.
