The Assistant Rudery Manager, Augusto Hernández was quite rude to me. I am a customer of the store but I identified myself as someone who had been representing a brand because I wanted to challenge whether what they had told me was true. Well basically he didn't let me talk, he told me that he was too busy to talk to me, I asked him if anyone else could help me and he quickly cut me off by answering that NO ONE COULD. That everyone was busy doing their own thing. I told him that I just needed the answer to a question about the store's product and if he could give me the name of someone who could guide me, he answered I'm NOT INTERESTED, I CAN'T RIGHT NOW. It is annoying how many times some managers smile at the public but are really bad people and treat the staff who represent the brands they sell badly. Terrible experience. Because of him I would never return to this store.

We all live close to this new Publix and we buy our groceries here every day but we are so grateful that they let us play chess every Wednesday night we play chess ♟️ here from 6:00-9:30
