Overall good customer service. This was my first time here. It was the closest Publix to my church. This Publix could use a facelift. The plaza itself looks a little run down and so does this Publix. It is your typical Publix.

I love my neighborhood Publix they are always friendly and awesome. I will warn that their bread in the deli section is open out of an enclosed container and if a fly gets in it steps all over the breads... so if I get a pubsub I go to the one on pines and palm (their bread is enclosed.) Other than that I love it I get all my groceries here and love the options in the Frozen vegan section.

Very creepy guy hanging out in the parking lot yesterday morning around 8. He approached me, said he thought he knew me. As I was getting in my car he noticed my phone in my pocket and asked if it was an iPhone. I quickly got in my car and drove off. I felt very uncomfortable.

If you live in Miramar and want a Publix sub, don't go to the one at River Run. These guys have been slacking lately. 2 weeks in a row I ordered my sub in advance through the Publix app. Both times, I get there and it's not made. Horrible service on the deli side.

I have no problem with the store itself but the Deli has no respect for people's time. The last four subs I ordered online were all not prepared when I arrive at the store 45 MINUTES later. People do no make online orders to go to a store to wait. I complained to the Store Manager the last trip and the poor service remains.

Publix . The best place to work w. You know I said , that. Working in Publix not only you are employee . Working in Publix you like a family. Helping to each other. Respect it's other. No bad langues .it other , be helpful to customers . That's how I say good place to work. No subbing , no pushing amang it's other. I created best place to work. Employer treated real person's it dosen't you black yellow, oriental .they treat you desemes. ...Thank you for giving me afortunet

Store is very clean and well stocked. However, they consistently mess up my online orders. They are very busy, so I order ahead. I've had 4 bad orders in a row; twice missing condiments, twice poorly made with ingredients falling out. I've had the teller rip my pub sub packaging because it was soggy from ingredients flying around. Please work on your sub department - it is a draw for many to Publix.
