Their prices are much higher than any other supermarket to be honest and its not even high quality, their chicken alone is like 3x what you would find in any other market!

Very short female cashier has an attitude problem, especially when it comes to incorrect pricing of items. We all need to check receipts upon leaving this Publix, many times they have BOGO signs but when you reach the register it's not. Many of the employees seem tired and can't be bothered. Male supervisor mostly on night duty feisty and unpleasant. Deli very slow, on a good day you might find someone pleasant. Customer service training is definitely needed.

Let's talk about the DELI... The older heavy set black lady that worked March 1st in the evening black and pink wig was miserable. Clearly unhappy to be there. She walked away while I was next and came back minutes later and said nothing, she just looked at me. She made the sandwich horrible and kept looking at the line growing and was visibly annoyed. She never asked ANY questions about how I wanted my sandwich. The older black man and younger black guy were really nice to their customers. I wish she had a name tag on. Awful customer service.

The worst customer service ever! Especially in the bakery! I'd rather drive further out to be treated with kindness and respect. I only drive here cause unfortunately it's closer to home and in emergencies for fast shopping... GET IT TOGETHER RIVER RUN!!! This is coming from someone who worked for Publix for years! The neglect the dead aura is beyond unreal. Plus all the pan handlers and solicitors they allow in and out the store with no regard for their customers safety... just sad...

Went here multiple times, quite a small supermarket but standard size I suppose. The cashier had that “dead inside” aura around her. On one trip a bagger was friendly and seemed to have not given up on life…yet. The trolley I had both times worked well. In terms of cost, things seem pretty pricey here but that could be raising costs in Florida idk.

Good Publix location in River Run plaza with lots of other stores. In this plaza there is a checkers and wings plus also a Subway. There's also I think a Chinese food place. This location can gets very busy and parking for Publix is sometimes difficult. If you enter in off of Miramar People sometimes park In the middle of the road and it can get backed up there. The side of the plaza that faces Palm is less busy. Sometimes it's best to just part park on that side and walk to Publix from there. The dry cleaners on the corner has decent prices and has been there for a while. There is also a bank in the Southwest corner. There is also a metro PCS store and a cricket wireless store. The cricket wireless store often plays music that can be heard throughout the plaza. There is also a large beauty supply store on the left hand side of Publix. On the side that faces Palm Avenue there is a there is a Barbershop. I didn't cover every store but There are quite a few other businesses in the plaza. Hope the info helps. It's a large plaza with many stores during the holidays the parking lot gets very busy.

Deli assistant manager Angela was very rude in the hot-food section. Employees were nice and asst manager was rude. Shifts should be changed. Hopefully next time I come “Angela” would be nicer.
Her exact words was no, I don’t know what the cook makes! Huh? Very unprofessional and not like Publix employees to act this way!

I have never been to a Publix supermarket as neglected as this one. Rude cashiers, stale food on the shelves, empty shelves, stale bread at the bakery, scarcely stocked. Today, 11/27/2024 they still have Activia yogurt that expired on 11/3/2024 outside.
