This is a very great market store with useful items. Also the food is very delicious and tasty. I would highly recommend any individual to shop at this location. For valuable resources that would be beneficial.

Terrible Deli
I was literally in line for 5 minutes and it is NOT busy at all and they let some random person get ahead and skip me as they serve someone else that just got there.
The deli line from 2/7/25 was incredibly slow and inefficient, especially during rush hour, where customers like me are hungry and are lucky to be spending their time and hard earned money at Publix.
As someone that’s worked for Publix previously, please raise your standards so that each and every customer is served quickly and accordingly to the fantastic service that Publix guarantees.
It should not, in any circumstance, take the length of a YouTube documentary to make a single sandwich, boars head or chicken tender.
Until the entire line of deli operators are given discipline and a new direction to face, please avoid this Publix’s deli, otherwise the rest of the store and their employees are fine.

Deli station had no customers in line, but they didn't start working on my online ordered sub until I got to the store and asked 5 mins after pickup time.

Came today at 9:40 (20 minutes before close) and was denied entry. Even specified I was simply here for a loaf a bread (because I was) and would be quick. He then said again he wasn’t “allowed” to let anyone in. Is it illegal for a customer to enter during business hours? Must not be because as I walked back to my car I watched two other people walk in the door. The laziness of wanting to close early and change corporate business hours for your own convenience is unacceptable.

I normally have a good experience at any publix I go to. Service is normally up to par and everyone is friendly. The sales clerk here was most definitely not, I said “hello, how are you” and she was very dry and off. I could chalk it up to having a bad day; we all have those but as I’m putting my change away, she is greeting the customer behind me in a way nicer tone. So not sure if it’s an issue that I don’t want to put in this post but it’s almost 2024, Janice do better. I will keep going to another publix in Miramar instead of this one. I work in retail and prejudice is an ugly thing. Let’s be better.

Always friendly staff and good customer service here only thing needs to get fixed is the situation with the parking lot and the shopping carts other than that a great location with great people

Flower department is lacking a bit as the flower seems a bit old. Besides that, Publix is a life saver as always.
