This was my worst experience at this location. Checked in at 8:45 for a 9:00 am appt and wasn’t seen until 9:45. They are backlogged and took in walk ins before people who had appointments. It’s a smaller location but they should prioritize appointments before walk ins

I arrived at my location and there were people at the kiosks and they were taking long to register, when it was my turn it couldn’t find my appointment. I had to wait for another 10-15min for the next patient to be called so I can get the attention of one of the nurses, I explained to her that my appointment was not showing and then she made a face of disgust and yanked my phone out of my hand, she was extremely rude, she then apologized for taking my phone, but continued to be rude. She said that I lost my appointment because I was 10am late, but it’s not my fault that the kiosks were full and that there is not someone there to assist patients. She said “let me see what I can do” and went back inside, I did not see her again for almost an hour, when she did come out to get a patient she rushed him inside and closed the door avoiding me. Luckily another nurse was kind enough to resolve the matter as I was fasting and needed to get this bloodwork done. Not a way to treat a patient and the 10 minute rule is not fair when they’re only 2 kiosks and no employees to assist people in the lobby. Besides, even with an appointment patients have to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen, so we have to wait on you every time. Extend your grace period, have someone to assist elderly patients at the kiosks, and train your staff not to rip phones out of peoples hands and be rude to them.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that we make an appt for our six year old daughter at 6:30am - wake her at 5:30 to then arrive there and be told they don’t have young child needles and they can’t complete the labs! Can you all not pick up the phone and call a day prior?? You do have a list of appointments ? Waste of total time. Worst still, the ladies at the front just said, please call
Customer Service. Go to Lab Corp where they respect your time.

Drove all the way from downtown Miami to take a pre-employment drug test which I scheduled for 1:20 pm. I was late but willing to do the standby line since no one was there.
I arrived at 1:40 and a nurse came out to me and told me that they don’t do drug testing after 1:00pm. I made the appointment (which was available online specifically stating it was for a drug test and they had the time slots of 1:20, 1:30, and 1:45pm), after 1pm. Why would they have that online if they don’t conduct those tests after that time? I drove over an hour and wasted gas just to be turned away because a nurse “didn’t feel like” conducting my test. Completely unprofessional.

Wait time has been longer than usual during my last two visits. The lady who took care of me yesterday was not very friendly; did not even say good morning when she greeted me and no thank you after bloodwork drawn. My veins are hard to find at times but she found one right away and it did not hurt but left a bruise.

Small place, lots of infighting between the nurses…i checked in at 8:53am for a 9:10am appointment….they call me until 9:20am…
There system was barely working….just a mess.
If you are going to use them, make sure you do an appointment as early as possible. Otherwise prepare to wait (there is very little sitting room).
What is really sad is that even with all the problems, this is one of the better Quests in the area.

Horrible service. EVERY employee had a bad attitude, specially 1 that was being rude to the point where other patients were saying how umcomfortable it was.

Horrible experience! Nurses are awful and reprimand each other in front of the patients. The treatment of guests in the lobby is horrible, the wait is awful and their service to patients is horrible. These people need customer service training!

This is the first time using Quest Miramar. I had a written prescription and I my physician ordered lab work through Quest online portal. I advised the phlebotomist that they were there and he and the supervisor stated there was nothing there. I ended up paying out of pocket for one of the tests to be done.
The phlebotomist then proceeded to draw my blood and by the time I left I had a nice sized hematoma that was raised and painful.
I then called the next day after viewing the results to add the additional testing that is in my portal and was told by three different ppl, one being a manager that there was nothing in my account, meanwhile I took a screen shot for proof.
So I was left with a tremendous painful hematoma, not the resulted labs I needed and paid out of pocket for an additional test while there. I now need to return to the same location to have by blood drawn AGAIN just to have the correct labs down for my physician appointment on Tuesday.
Complete incompetence and lack of regard for their customers time.
***update***
I thought they would have changed their practiced but I guess they still employee phlebotomist's that are unable to correctly and efficiently draw blood.
I was there on December 10, for a bunch of labs that would require two tiger tops, one purple, urine and a sterile swap. The phleb blew my vein on my right arm, then after obtaining only 1 cc of blood blew my left arm. There was not enough serum for all tests that needed to be done and she was unable to draw the purple top. Meaning the results would be incorrect and I would have to return to have the purple top drawn on another day. As for the issue today I know the test results are not mine based upon the testing that was done, they are showing a grave discrepancy based upon my medical history and age.
QUEST billed my insurance company $1700 knowing damn well it was fraud because the results are not mine. This is not the first time mind you because they are threatening collections over a bill I paid before I even had the labs drawn in June!
I have been on the phone for 3 hours trying to obtain anyone who has the slightest bit of common sense and customer service skills to assist me to remove the fraudulent changes but I keep getting passed around. Does Quest actually train their employees or just tell them to keep people on hold to see how angry they can make us!
I will say it again, DO NOT USE QUEST MIRAMAR because Yaina the manager does nothing but walk around and the young Spanish girl cannot draw blood even using a butterfly. Go anywhere else but this location and check you bills, they will charge you incorrectly!

The worst place ever. People are rude. I lost my appointment for being 7 min late and had to go "standby". After waiting 2 hours decided to go and re-book it on another place. Really was treated really disrespectful. I would never recommend it.

Today Oct 23/24 PEEEEEESIMOOOO the service at this LabQuest location...they say that the “system is down”, they are doing manual registration, the waiting room is small and obviously COMPLETELY FULL of all the patients. The waiting time is longer than normal for obvious reasons (the system), which is understandable because it escapes the workers. However, when they were going to register me and I handed in my order, I asked the receptionist Cristabel if even with the failure they could do ALL the tests, she said yes...at the time of my shift, being fasting, (already 2pm ) tells me that he did not see the complete list of my exams (he acknowledged his mistake) and there is one that they cannot do for me…aaaaaah!!!…after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes?, and when I asked when I arrived?. According to the person who helped me, the system goes down every week, they have reported it and they don't solve it... So, if you have a system problem, SOLVE IT, TAKE CARE OF IT, don't play with people's time, let them know by text message, Whatever you want, but don't make someone go to the site trusting and this is happening. Furthermore, copying the entire manual did not generate confidence in me because the receptionist placed some numbers (codes for each exam) that she then highlighted, which could distort the original number... anyway, after so much I decided to leave there because its inefficiency only generated DISTRUST in me. , with something as delicate as laboratory tests... I wasted my time, could it be that they as a company would like to waste time? I don't think so.

The tech lied about calling my name causing me not to be seen until the last person. She further stated she called my last name as well which is a double lie. She came out yelled “ Liilia “ twice walked back and never reappeared. When I inquired, I was told this lie. What’s so profound with this lie is if she can’t pronounce Linda, how was she able to pronounce my last name as she claimed. Thank God that the young lady acknowledged her untruths and made it right by taking my blood after closure.

By far it's the worst service of any location I’ve ever been to. I will never return!
