The worse Ross , No Manager involved, the lines are the longest. 2 personal at the door 1 for security BS ck your receipt and the other one (Mireya) was on the phone without any respect to the customers waiting , another employee at the jewelry pretending doing something meanwhile the line was taking forever. Only 1 cashier and of course when you don't have a manager in charge this is the result.

I’ve come to this location 3 times in a row to get an item from the jewelry case, and every time the staff refuse to open it. I’m sure it’s probably because they are clearly chronically understaffed and the cashier is probably told they can’t leave the register, so I blame management for this. As I type this, I’m standing at the jewelry counter after having pushed both “need assistance” buttons 3 times. There was only 1 person in line when I first got here and now the line is full and I definitely won’t be able to get anyone to help me. Also, having only one cashier when the line is literally full and going down the main aisle is diabolical. This location clearly needs better management that understands staffing scheduling. I say this as someone who was a retail store manager for 15 years. Anyways, I’m abandoning an entire cart of clothes because I came here for this piece of jewelry that I clearly won’t be able to get, and I’m not going to stand in that line for a bunch of stuff that’s not even what I came in here for.

I went to Ross today (Saturday) at about 4 pm. I stood in line for about 12 minutes because there was only 2 cashiers. The line of people through the store was ridiculous.

On november 10, 2025 between 9:40 and 10:17 a.m
I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at this Ross location. I needed to use the restroom really badly, so my friend went to look for someone to assist since the fitting room attendant was nowhere to be found. Out of nowhere, an employee named Carmela appeared and from the moment she showed up, her attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. For reference, Carmela had a lot of makeup on, her eyebrows had a pink tint to them, and she had dark black lines around her eyes. I only mention this so there’s no confusion about which employee I’m referring to. When I came back from using the bathroom, she decided to tell me to stop “running around and jumping,” even though I was never running or jumping at all. She actually said much more in that moment, and the way she spoke to me was completely out of line nasty, disrespectful, and condescending. It genuinely felt like she was trying to start a problem for no reason, and it really made me uncomfortable. Things only got worse from there. Instead of letting her manager handle the situation, Carmela came up to me, tapped me hard on the shoulder, and aggressively asked if I “understood Spanish.” It was unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. Then, after the conversation ended, she tapped me again even harder this time. That kind of physical contact is absolutely unacceptable. No employee should ever lay their hands on a customer, under any circumstances. The only person who acted with any professionalism was the manager, Clara, who was kind, respectful, and sincerely apologized for the situation I truly appreciate that. Everyone else in the store was polite and helpful, except Carmela, whose behavior was beyond unacceptable. This entire situation could have been avoided if Carmela hadn’t come at me with such a nasty attitude in the first place. Her behavior was unnecessary, aggressive, and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. I left the store feeling angry, embarrassed, and completely disrespected by the way I was treated. I will never shop at this Ross again, and I expect this incident to be taken seriously. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect, made to feel uncomfortable, or physically touched by an employee.
