Ciomarah, a makeup artist associate, and I can confidently say they exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my needs and preferences.
Will be coming back to this Sephora just for her customer service

This location is cool & not too busy. They didn't have everything that I was looking for. But a nice associate helped me with an eye serum that was catering to my specific needs. I stocked up on some Sephora eye & lip liners and Balms. They actually were stocked with the colors I needed. I also got a few Fenty products (but they weren't fully stocked like the Pembroke Pines location, with the Fenty kits & the Tom Ford)

WORST SEPHORA STORE EVER....I HAVE GONE SEVERAL TIMES.... SHELVES ARE EMPTY... SCARCITY OF FENTY .. THEY DONT HAVE BDAY GIFTS... NEVER GOING BACK.

Very bad attention. I went to do some shopping and when I was paying at the checkout. I told the cashier to give me my birthday gift and she treated me very rudely... telling me no. Because they didn't give him many and they had few. That I should go to another Sephora store... what bad service. They shouldn't have people working like that so poorly educated. Lack of respect towards the client

Of course if I could give zero stars would. I visited this Sephora today with my mom , upon entering the staff were very nice . They pointed me to direction of the products I needed and in no time I was waiting to check out. While waiting for my mom to continue consulting with one of the workers as she browsed through a selection of products I began to also browse and look over products . In the corner of my eye I noticed a lady following my every move . As I browsed down the isles she seemed to meet me at every turn and I noticed her eyes on my hands , she kept an eye on everything I touched and everything I put down. Mind you I am the only black female in store at the time there were plenty of other people shopping and browsing but she kept her eyes on me not even paying attention to any of the other people in the store. I was dressed very down today with legging an and a bonnet but I didn’t enter the store with a purse all I had in my hand was my phone to use sole pay and my car keys. I remediated felt profiles. She kept following me so I asked he r if she worked at the store , she said “kind of not really , how can I help you ? “ I asked her if she could get me someone to help me check out. I thought that if I brought my items she wouldn’t continue to follow me or think that I was stealing while I was waiting for my mom. She even watched me as I check out I only had two items . As my mom walked up to the counter I walked away and answered a phone call and she still continued to follow me thru out the store .she only stoped following me when I began to speak about how uncomfortable I felt to the person I was talking to on the phone. As a woman of color being profiled by another minority of (Spanish descent ) let’s just say I left the store feeling very dissatisfied and I will be avoiding this store from now on. And to the young lady that followed me around the store and made me feel uncomfortable you should be ashamed of yourself. If I wanted to steal I would have can in with more than just a crop top a pair of leggings a phone and some keys.

The location is great and they have a good selection. Some of the samples were running low, but everything was clean.

The Sephora place seems too small to me, there are not many brands, it lacks products, it is perhaps good to go to and get you out of trouble, but for residents of the area who are looking for a new product it is not the right establishment.

Wow! I must have missed this addition! It's nice to know I can shop at Kohl's and not need to make a pit stop at the mall!
