I try to avoid this Shell gas station, but unfortunately, I had no choice today since it’s the closest one to my house and I needed gas before work. As expected, it was extremely crowded. This station has about 20 gas pumps, two entrances, and around four registers, yet only one register was open. There were 10-15 people waiting in line, which is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, this location does not accept Shell’s fuel rewards program, which makes me think it’s privately owned. When I asked a cashier if I could pay at her register to avoid the long line, she rudely asked if I was playing the lottery. When I said no, she refused to help me, forcing me to wait in the long line instead. Meanwhile, there were five employees behind the register, but only one was actually working.
This experience was beyond frustrating. If you have other gas stations nearby, I highly recommend going elsewhere. This place needs to do better!

Why does it not apply and block the Rewards? The machines are in terrible condition and the prices are high, no one regulates or supervises them?

In the cafeteria the food is very good but the customer service is terrible, very bad way of serving you, bad attitude and they throw the food at you, the young blonde girl especially and the young woman with black hair looks at you with a bad face and has a very bad way with the client… it's a shame

$36 dollars for 2 gas containers is just absolutely ridiculous, now I see why they didnt even put the price on the shelf! by the way the containers sucked and there was gas leaking everywhere! fkd my shoes and all!

Just finished a overnight shelf and always come here now I get here at 4am there are 4 people inside with the doors locked. This is supposed to be a 24 hour service station. They were literally all standing around laughing and I as I was knocking on the door. And they just looked at me and didn’t even say anything. The owner should definitely get people with better attitudes and better customer service.

This is the worst service ever. After filling up my tank, when I tried to remove the nozzle from my car's fuel tank, gasoline sprayed all over me and my car. I do not recommend refueling at this station, as it is unsafe for your life and the lives of others. There was only one employee at the entire station, and they were unable to assist me in any way.

Customer service. Is poor. I told him I want to use my rewards points. He said they do not do rewards points. But yet it shows on the pump that they do . See I decide to pay cash . I would understand if he said he does not know how to do it. I would not recommend this station.

Great gas station! The workers are nice! The breakfast,lunch, dinner food is amazing so you can come any time in the day. The pastries are out of this world and the location is great next to turnpike!

This shell station doesn't accept shell rewards. They should not be branded as a shell if they aren't going to join in the programs that shell customers expect to get. Had to pay inside because 3 different pumps didn't have credit card services working. @Shell needs to look into this location they are not showing good for the brand.
