The person old woman who works the morning shift is extremely rude and very disrespectful. I will never spend money at this shell station. All I sis was ask if I’m able to add my gas points and she gave me the most disgusted response. Very bad customer service.

They do offer printing services at Shell, but honestly, it’s outrageous. They charged me $9 for three single-sided black and white sheets — that’s more than the price of a gallon of regular gas. Imagine paying more for plain paper than for fuel.

Had to stop. Oil leaking from my car nonstop. The owner was very nice and checked the car for me. Had to have it towed. He offered me a free coffee. Really helped me.
