Open 24 not true. It is 5;45 am you have customers outside the gas tanker waiting to unload and nobody is in the store. I have no gas to make it nowhere. 24 hr false information.

Store is intermittently closed even though they should be 24hours. System is down far too much forcing customers to pay cash or leave. Food is always left to over cook way past the 4 hours hot held threshold for food safety. So much potential for this store to make good money and service the surrounding community at a higher level.

Pretty nice for an overall gas station. I do like the food options they have inside but what really makes this place Stand Out is the car wash. Not a lot of gas stations nowadays have a car wash available and this one has a pretty decent one right next to the air and vacuum option. Their premium Car Wash options actually pretty nice you do see the difference compared to other car wash station automated car washes

If you are not open for 24 hours then change your schedule online, if your employees don't want to work night shift, pay them more or fire them, paying clients don't deserve to pull up and leave just to waste time

Had the worst experience today at the store involving their car wash. When using the system outside, someone stayed in the wash and stole my car wash before I could go through. When the wash was finished, they bolted out. Knowing what they did, I took a picture of their license plate and went in to see if the manager, Daniela, could help. Instead, I was told it was my fault, and they could do nothing. I waited 20 minutes, and to get my wash stolen was annoying, and then to get a cold shoulder made it even worse. She didn't even bother giving me the customer service number; I had to google it myself. Dealing with the location sucks when asking for assistance and getting nothing but attitude. I have a case filed with corporate; hopefully, they can assist. But to the people using the wash, beware of others reversing and stealing your washes.

I had a super uncomfortable moment with the worker Alda, she complains about her coworkers to clients and treats her clients VERY badly. He doesn't have any kind of respect. I just wanted to buy my beer and she was complaining about her partner. Because of workers like her, many clients are lost.

Good evening today I went to this business
I bought some bread, the cashier told me to pay on the corner, I asked her who serves me and the very obnoxious lady told me that there is a machine, maybe she would have explained the payment method since I didn't know it.
I told him to explain myself and he hatefully and uneducatedly answered me badly.
I told him if I could pay at his cash register and he accepted it, giving me horrible service.
I told her that she was there to serve the customer in a good manner, which she told me to go to hell. I told her I would complain to the manager and she started laughing like someone who said, I'm fine.
When these people are looking for work
They are gentle doves
But I think the company. Before making your selection of personnel, you have to give them a human relations orientation and if they do, you have to follow them up.
Because what I see is that not only I have gone through these hot flashes.

This gas station is not open 24 hours. They close for to count the money and mop the floor. I totally get it, but why can't the person leaving the shift mop in section and cash out. Just watch 30 cars pull up and leave. Thats lost sales from what I'm looking at. Closed on a Saturday night, at least turn the gas lights off. People wasting there time pulling up and leaving.

Since they changed the staff at this speedway to all these Hispanic people it’s horrible. They don’t give af about nobody but their kind. I had 2 incidents today where the staff literally let 2 Hispanic males skip me when I was in the correct line and the made their own separate line in the middle of the store. I spoke to the cashier about them fixing the line issue before it causes problems between the customers and she only shrugged her shoulders. Second incident I went to put gas and by the time I went to outside the store I noticed it was the incorrect pump number, I immediately ran inside to tell the cashier to change the number and he stated it was nothing he could do that someone took the gas. When asked to speak to the manager, she was so cold with it didn’t try to help at all while the cashier trying to over talk me. When for one that didn’t make sense because if he put the gas on a pump that was already in use he would’ve received and error that the pump was already in use and there is no way within 5-10 seconds from the counter to the door someone was able to pump the gas and leave that fast.

Always nice experience here. Gabby the General Manager always smiling and very talkative yet quick service. Store always clean and organized...the customer service associate always nice and neat and ready. I love this place!!!

I went to Speedway in Miramar Parkway to get gas and snacks was greeted by Jose he was very nice and helpful and fast. The bathroom was also super clean. Will definitely keep going .
