It is not the first time that it happens to me, or well, not specifically to my parents.

We traveled Spirit this past Sunday for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. We had read so many bad reviews we were expecting a tolerable check-in, 2 hour flight and baggage claim experience but it all went very smoothly (with the exception of 1 bag being 10 minutes later than the rest.

Worse customer service ever! It’s cheap, yeah but I prefer to pay $30 more dollars on another airline where my luggage will be free and I get treated with respect. Please, don’t use this airline!
