This one goes out to one my new favorite people, Xavier. This kid, no doubt, brings up the team average! People can be exhausting & rude, often making retail rough and workers visibly burnt out. Not this guy! He was nothing but friendly & polite from the beginning and blessed us with what felt like an authentic comedy sketch! His authentic approach to customer service & customer engagement was so refreshing and deserves to be recognized!

At Target now, if you only have 10 or less items, you can use self checkout. If more than 10 items, must use cashier. Only ONE cashier open. Ridiculous!!

They have been doing a lot of remodeling. I miss the old Target. I guess I'll need to conform to change. What is best about Target is their app. You can use it to get additional money off your purchase. Add in an Ibotta discount and you got yourself an excellent deal. Also, if you go at the right time you can get some nice pieces of meat at an additional discount. If you buy it, look at the date as it is about ready to expire; hence the discount.

Horrible experience. I stopped by the store before a family vacation to pick up essential items, the cashier forgot to hand me a couple of my bags and I did not notice until I was home and the store had closed. The following day I was on the road and called many times throughout the day to no avail. I called throughout my vacation and when I returned. I called at all times of the week and day. Dialing for any department, at which point the optical department answered only to inform me they had nothing to do with Target. I called corporate and filed a complaint as this store is understaffed but also does not answer calls. I have previously returned items at the customer service register and have heard the phone ring endlessly.The corporate representative is outsourced from another country, he took down my information, and yet was unable to do anything to compensate for the items I paid for. He then told me that in order for me to get a follow up on the complaint, I would have to reach out to corporate via email. I will be going into the store to speak to a manager in person. Hopefully there will be a better outcome. However, I see many reviews stating similar reviews that are unresolved so I am not all that optimistic.**Update**I spoke to Maiky one of the managers when I went in person. He had me pull up my receipt via the red cart app. Thank goodness I was able to recover my password, otherwise they had no way of refunding me my mishandled items. He was very nice but it doesn't solve my problem as he admitted they do not answer the phones.

Close to my work- (Miramar, FL) and newly renovated, but sadly they fail. The past two times I have been there, the only option to check out is via self checkout. There are NO EMPLOYEES to be found. If you have large shopping to do, it is unfair to ask its customers to work as well as pay. Please hire more people.

Horrible Location I tried calling multiple time due to me leaving items at the store that I PAID FOR , I called every dept and the keep hanging up ? What are they getting paid for ? Nobodies barley in store that don't have that much to tend to

The store is always so well stocked! I love shopping at Target, especially this one! They have a great candle selection, as well as an awesome home Decour section. The candles that I picked up were in a clearance section, but when I got to the self checkout register, it appears that someone had put them in the wrong place. However, Lala who was helping with the self checkout, was very gracious to honor the pricing after I showed her a picture of where the candles were placed. She made my visit even better by her warm, friendly customer service and willingness to honor the discounted pricing!

The store is probably fine but I placed an online order and was charged for it as shown on my bank website but got no response about pickup up the item. The store is 20 miles from me so I can't just swing by and check. This is a problem with all the stores -- they no longer answer their phones (except for the optical department). They used to answer their phones but that was months ago. I realize there is a worldwide labor shortage but it's ridiculous that they never answer their phone.

Always greeted kindly when I walk in the door. They offer me a shopping cart. They wished me a merry Christmas when I finished paying. They shelves are organized, clean and the employees are helpful. I love shopping here, probably my favorite store.

If the stars are given to Target alone I would give it 5 stars because I love Target and everything about it. This location in west miramar parkway is not the best. The items are always out of stocked and the shelves are also disorganized. Maybe alot of people shop here and buy up everything. The customer service is below satisfactory- mostly staffed by young college kids. Despite everything I still love Target. I just wish my store near home is more organized and well stocked with inventory.

At this target that I've been going to since I was 2-3 always had a variety of food and things you need. The service is great! Whoever the manger is they train them well and choose nice employees! The employees are always helpful and joyful! Sometimes I just love to talk to them. They have a Starbucks to the left of the entrance, and the old Target café to the left. The carts are always at the middle of the entrance and exit and the food area is behind and a little in front of the Starbucks. They have a variety of pastries, fruits, meats, and deserts. All of which are good unless rotten obviously LOL. The great thing is they are always at a reasonable price. Target also had cleaning products, a pharmacy I think, Legos, office supplies, etc. This Target has never failed me and I'll never stop going to it, even if it's the farthest one away.

Very nice store has something for everyone but I did not find what I was looking for . I was looking for a Nativity scene. And there were non to be found . A lot of trees , Christmas ornaments with Mickey Mouse and good old Santa Claus in every size and outfit . Some Santa's were in bathing suits , eating ,on skates and much more . I think this is all nice but the reason for Christina's in my opinion is the nativity reason . I hope as the month gets going some stores will carry this nativity that I'm looking for .

A really good store that's taking precautions due to the pandemic. They have a sign outside indicating you must where a mask before entering. They have staff there with masks and sanitizer to help you. The store was super clean and very well organized. Shelves were neat and tidy at full. A staff person helped me find an item. Very friendly staff here. They have lots of self checkouts to use, plus all checkout lanes with staff have transparent plastic shields.

Pretty decent location. As much as I pass this location going to the Winn-Dixie next door, I hadn't actually stepped foot into the store. Crazy enough I would still go to the location on 57th ave. Crazy, I know. Of course it is set up a little different than the location that I am used to but I was super (pun intended) to see that it was bigger than the other location due to it being a Super Target (get it now?)For this visit, I didn't get to walk around too much as I was on a time constraint (it was hot outside) and looking for something in particular. The one young lady that I came across, she was very nice, welcoming and assisted me in locating the item I was looking for.
