I had a very disappointing experience. There was a language barrier, and the manicure service was poor. I had to ask for a hand massage, my hands were placed in water before filing, and polish was applied while there was still dust on my nails. On top of that, one of my nails broke shortly after the appointment. Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional.

Terrible salon….I recently went to get my nails done and the OWNER said that I had bad breathe….very unprofessional and rude. Never going back. Over priced with low quality results.

Service is rushed and poor job on dip nails, have tried this place 3x same result with different people . Went there with a full set of acrylics asked for them to be removed before getting dip on natural nails… guy was going to paint with acrylic clearly still on my nails. Had to to tell him there is still acrylic several times before it was completely removed.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, was seated for a pedicure right away Keith did a great job with my gel pedicure and was so quick. I would definitely return!

I went to get my nails and toes done yesterday 04/05/25. First the girl who did my feet gave me a book to choose my color. I chose a white with some sparkle ✨️ for both my hands and feet. Which is very common for me. When she came back with the color I saw the number to confirm it matched. When she started to put the polish on my toes it was clear with glitter not what I chose told her she said that's the number you chose. So then I was sent to the woman to do my nails. She started to put the dip on and it was the samething wrong color. It was silver with glitter not what I chose. I told her I had picked a white she didn't seem to understand me. I am so upset with the color on my hands and you can barely tell my toes are even done. I paid alot of money to not be happy and for the color to be wrong. Never going back here again.

HeadSpa with Lisa was absolutely phenomenal! If you have never tried this, you have no idea what you are missing. A facial actually is included too.
It is like a hair wash, scalp massage, and overall rejuvenating and invigorating treatment, the best you will ever have!
Extremely affordable!

Customer service were beyond great, Chixi were my nail tech, she did a great job with my nails and feet up. However my nails broke in two days. I were told that i have to tell them if I wanted thicker acrylic, ok I get it. At first i have it a 5 star but when a second nail broke i was done so i change it to a 2 star only because of the Receptionist Paola she’s a Star 🌟☀️☀️☀️☀️leave her at the front desk.

Walked in for a pedi and acrylic overlay and Bao, gave the overall spa experience. The tlc my hands and feet received was 5 star!!
