Called to try and schedule the pick up of oxygen tanks and had to listen to ridiculous promotional advertisements only to get no where. This should be illegal! Zero customer service!

I called to try and return a CPAP machine that my late aunt was using. The girl who answered the call would not stop her spiel and let me talk. Guess who isn't getting their equipment back?
