I went to this UPS location to pick up a package, and the employee’s attitude was extremely unprofessional. Instead of offering help or explaining the situation clearly, they were dismissive and made no effort to provide a solution. Their customer service was unwelcoming.

I went to this location which was supposed to be open at 8:30. It was 8:50 and nobody was there and the door was locked. I saw this happen to 2 other people while writing this review which is insane.

Staff and service have always been good but their hours of operation are always off. They rarely follow their schedule, closing before and almost always open later than they should.

2 guys working together in 4 x visits were clearly annoyed, rude and not helpful with Amazon returns. Not going back. If you do not want to deal with Amazon returns then the franchise owner needs to opt out or make a better deal with Amazon. That is not my problem and I should not be treated as such.

Poor customer service and talk to you as if you are dumb. They laugh in your face. They refused to help someone because they didn’t understand him. They didn’t even try to help him. They talked to my mother as if she was dumb. If the customer requests something, and it’s possible, then do it. Even if it doesn’t make sense to you.

The store is hot Like a sauna and with poor service and no access to wifi so if you need a QR code while in the store guess what you can’t retrieve it your stuck! They are so cheap they won’t give out a wifi password for a better experience
