I've been using this post office for over 15 years. I've never encountered any did courteous service. If anything I say additional personal is needed especially on the routes. My mail is delivered far too late. Thank you postal workers.

My package was delivered to the wrong home. Typical right? What happened next surprised me.
I filed a claim, and I received a call after hours on a Friday by Parker at USPS Miramar assuring me that they would locate the package and get it to me.
USPS worked around the clock and even on Sunday to locate the package and get it to me. I was shocked I was getting personal calls and updates from them, even after hours and weekends, telling me they would send someone out.
When the neighbor wouldn’t answer the door - Parker at USPS said he’d personally go and get it.
After a couple of days — I got my package as promised.

This office is better off being closed because the work they do is SUPER BAD. I paid twice for some packages so that the delivery would be done quickly and this has been a dilemma. I have lost one and they don't give me an answer.

I see why this place has so many bad reviews—maybe only people with bad experiences are writing them? I’ve been living in Miramar and Pembroke Pines for about 18 years and always come here when I need to. My experience couldn’t be better. The staff here, both the ladies and the guys, have always helped me so meticulously, giving me all the details about how to prepare envelopes or boxes and which options to use, etc. I understand people with bad experiences, but thankfully, this place has been a 5-star experience for me. 🙏👍

I came in a few weeks ago and was helped by Michelle who was very nice (that day) and now I believe it was only because she asked me to scan the barcode and leave a survey and “give 5 stars”, so I did. It was a simple task to scan the prepaid label I had, print the label, and hand me the receipt, which she did! So I gave the 5 stars. A few days later, I noticed the self service option (only reason I’m giving two stars) and decided to use that to print my prepaid label. I saw Michelle and wanted to ask if it’s ok if I can just drop the package at the front since it’s all packaged and has a paid label and the line was SUPER long. I said “excuse me” like 3 times, asked my question, said excuse me again, and she completely ignored me. I was less than 2ft away from her. She is SO RUDE. The customer service there is so crap

Like many others, I wonder how this office is still even open. The level of incompetence is mind-blowing. Every year, I drop off a stack of Christmas cards to be mailed out, and EVERY SINGLE YEAR, they mail at least a handful of them to me instead of the intended recipient. How do postal workers not understand that the address in the middle of the front of the envelope is where the letter needs to go?! I can't wait for the United States Postal Service to be shut down altogether. The lack of professionalism, efficiency, and basic competence is so annoying when trying to handle such a basic task.

This message is a disheartening one. My post master in the White House has been made aware but it is the people of the neighborhood that should know as well. They are opening mail at this and other locations in the Miami-Dade/Broward offices. Purely for entertainment purposes. Those of them who blatantly threw my mail away have been reprimanded and/or moved. My Aunt was one of the few who held her integrity about the disasterist situation but one of my oldest friends parents who also were former employees for the USPS fully invested still had my aunt's number so they called her and alerted her to the what's happening. Thanks Aunt Nadine. See Melissa I know people.
