I've been here a few times. This seems to be the Walgreens in the area that does it all.Regular shopping? Check.Drive-thru pharmacy? Check.Pick up packages? Check.Distribute vaccines? Check. This latest venture was to get my updated COVID-19 booster, along with the annual flu vaccine. Have to say they were pretty disorganized tonight. My appointment was at 6 PM and I didn't get to leave until nearly 7 PM. Nice staff but severely understaffed. Nevertheless, they got the job done properly, and at the very least, driving in this area isn't the nightmare that Walgreens (as a whole) is on Pines Blvd. /shudder

Walgreens was my saving grace yesterday as at the 11th hour I decided I was going to make a tres leches cake. Luckily they had the condensed milk and evaporated milk. They didn't have any whipping cream though. However, I am not sure if that is something that they keep on a regular; so I won't fault them on that. One customer complained to me that she didn't see why they open because they didn't have any aluminum products. Aluminum foil, aluminum pans and the such. They had what I needed, so no complaints there. The staff that I personally encountered and the staff that I overheard assisting the complaining customer and someone else was very nice. The cashier was nice as well. As far as the store itself, it was clean and from what I saw three employees were working. It was Christmas Day so I am sure that they were fine, if sure enough that was the only staff on duty. Overall I'd certainly come back as this location is in walking distance from my home.

I've been going to this location for years. It's the closest to my house. I pick up my mother's medications every month. The store is clean and properly lighted. I mostly go through the drive thru for pick up. The pharmacy staff at most time is decent nothing. At times the wait is long and service can be a little better. I just take it as is. Today however I decided to highlight this young lady D'Avian. It was my first interaction with her. I pulled up on the drive thru and immediately heard a pleasant cheerful voice advising me "hello, I'll be right with you" (I'm the past I've waited for almost 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my existence.) So that was a nice welcome surprise. D'Avian was courteous and patient. She explained that one of the meds is pending doctor's approval. I inquired about the other medications she politely explained they won't be available until tomorrow after 4pm. She gave me the two meds that were ready. Without missing a beat she advised me the manufacturer for one of the meds has been changed so it will look different. The five stars is for D'Avian outstanding customer service!

Typical Walgreens, neat and easily accessible from the street. You n easily get in and get what you want and get out.
