I was standing at the photo counter and no one was there (as usual for Walgreens), so when an old tall white guy who is the cashier, walked by I asked him if someone was there. He snapped at me extremely rudely, saying he would call someone. Wow, this is how I get treated for asking a question? I needed to place an order for a few hundred dollars - guess I will find another company like CVS to do business with.

EMPLOYEE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I went to Walgreens late after work to pick up a fed ex package that I had redirected to Walgreens after a first attempt to my house. The employee ( Catalina or Carolina) not sure of her name did not know that as long as the address on the package and the ID matches it does not need to be the same name anyone in the household can pick up the item. Well she looks at my ID and says it’s not your name and calls for someone which was fine other than the fact that it took him a very long time to come up she had to page him 2/3 times and once he started walking up he couldn’t have been walking any slower. I even joked with him to hurry up because I really needed to pick up my daughter. Anyways, once he gets close enough I explain to him what’s going on and she yell to him the scanner needs a battery or not working so he starts walking to the back AGAIN, so I say to her can I go and she goes no he needs to scan it so I said ok can I have my ID back so I wouldn’t forget it. At first she ignores me so I say it again and then she goes oh ok and then with an attitude kinda yanks my package off the counter and puts it behind the desk as if I was going to steal my own package a Apple Mac laptop that I paid alot of money for as a Christmas gift for my son. She made me feel like it was Walgreens merchandise. Like because I wanted my ID back she was taking my package back. Mind you Same exact address on the package and my ID but she didn’t care. I will never send another package there. I ended up being in the store for something that could have taken 5 mins ended up maybe 15/20 mins for no reason. Then when the guy comes up who I assumed was a manager I express how I felt about what she did and he said nothing just looked at me and kinda smirked and kept processing my item. I told him I would leave a review and call corporate but he didn’t seem to care so here I go.

The service at the farmacy is really bad. They don't have enough employees to cover the demand. They need several hours to process a doctor prescription and it takes easily 15 minutes waiting in line for pick up.

Habibul the person that works in the pharmacy is an angel. I was struggling with CVS because they didn’t have baby medicine for 2 days. I called Walgreens to see if they had it, and just in the phone Habibul was very efficient with the information. He helped me to get the transcription transferred and had the medication ready. Most importantly he was concerned about the baby and having things done right away. We are very thankful

The worst pharmacy. I live next door and have been going for 4 years now. The wait in or in the drive thru are longer then in any other pharmacy. They are a mess and prep you medication in disorder making you have to go several times. Claim they never get a fax order and go 3 days before preparing the order. And the latest I brought in my prescription and three days later go in to ask why they hVe not let me know its ready and they lost my prescription. Not to mention it's a pain killer for my recent surgery. The pharmacist states she will call first thing the next day and I just went at 4.30 and she said I called the doctor and they said I have to wait till tomorrow and sorry I didn't call you. I have been busy. While she is busy I am in pain. No service or respect. They should not be licensed to work in a pharmacy while providing this type of service

The service of picking up the medicines is terrible, my doctor sent the prescription to this pharmacy and I waited two days to go pick them up, and when I go to pick them up, Kelvin tells me, oh ma'am, now I entered it in the system, you can come back in three hours?Playing with people's time, that is unacceptable..!

The older guy wearing the white apron, working the pharmacy act as if he didn't have a clue on what to do. Seemed confused. I was at the counter forever!

The service is terrible, my wife has had an order for blood pressure medication for three days and they have not finished delivering the pills and no one knows anything, it is criminal that a doctor like that is not able to process an order, and the employees with not good attitudes, like Alexander.

Came here super last minute to pick up something's on the way home. To start with the service was the greatest, the staff doesn't seem like they want to help or get bother by responding a question . The store was not clean, it's was very messy. They had good sales but the customer service it's just not there .

I tried returning something, and the girl was so rude and told me the items I was trying to return, they weren’t able to take it and told me to get out. I went to another Walgreens that was much better, and they were able to return it for me, and were very nice. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Walgreens ever.
