The worst pharmacy. I live next door and have been going for 4 years now. The wait in or in the drive thru are longer then in any other pharmacy. They are a mess and prep you medication in disorder making you have to go several times. Claim they never get a fax order and go 3 days before preparing the order. And the latest I brought in my prescription and three days later go in to ask why they hVe not let me know its ready and they lost my prescription. Not to mention it's a pain killer for my recent surgery. The pharmacist states she will call first thing the next day and I just went at 4.30 and she said I called the doctor and they said I have to wait till tomorrow and sorry I didn't call you. I have been busy. While she is busy I am in pain. No service or respect. They should not be licensed to work in a pharmacy while providing this type of service

The service of picking up the medicines is terrible, my doctor sent the prescription to this pharmacy and I waited two days to go pick them up, and when I go to pick them up, Kelvin tells me, oh ma'am, now I entered it in the system, you can come back in three hours?Playing with people's time, that is unacceptable..!

The older guy wearing the white apron, working the pharmacy act as if he didn't have a clue on what to do. Seemed confused. I was at the counter forever!

The service is terrible, my wife has had an order for blood pressure medication for three days and they have not finished delivering the pills and no one knows anything, it is criminal that a doctor like that is not able to process an order, and the employees with not good attitudes, like Alexander.

Came here super last minute to pick up something's on the way home. To start with the service was the greatest, the staff doesn't seem like they want to help or get bother by responding a question . The store was not clean, it's was very messy. They had good sales but the customer service it's just not there .

I tried returning something, and the girl was so rude and told me the items I was trying to return, they weren’t able to take it and told me to get out. I went to another Walgreens that was much better, and they were able to return it for me, and were very nice. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Walgreens ever.

This pharmacy really sucks. I recently change my pharmacy to this Walgreens. Now I am going to have to switch pharmacies again. When u call the pharmacy, they put you on hold without saying please hold. They never come back to the line. Have you literally holding for 30 mins (Unacceptable). Overall my experience with them has been horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Just sucks.

Customer Service has gone down the drain at this specific store.I've been a customer of this Walgreens store since it opened. However, I've started noticing how staff members are no longer trained to support customers and care for the image they portray for themselves or their employer.I visited this store just two days ago and the lady at the register was "extremely busy" talking to a friend or family member on her personal phone and on speaker so everyone else could listen.After noticing and questioning why I was overcharged for an item clearly marked on both the shelve and Walgreens app, she proceeded with treating me with the most disrespectful attitude and mannerisms as I was interrupting her personal phone call.Not sure what is going on with this Walgreens but this is highly unusual and unacceptable. Hope this poor customer service doesn't become an acceptable practice at this particular store.

This Walgreens has nothing called customer service. Seems no one has any idea what's going on. I went to print a poster of my photo and was told it had to be restored and paid for first. I paid and was told 2 to 3 weeks. 5 weeks later I called to see what is taking so Long, my order couldn't be found for a while, and then I was told to call back when the person that took the order comes back to work. I called her a few days later and was told she would call me back. No call! I kept calling the store to either be told to talk to her or no one is available in photo. I drove to the store and was told I was given my money back because they no longer do restoration, which I was not told 6 weeks prior, and I never came to the store or got any money back!! Now I'm told to call back again or wait for someone to call me to arrange for me to get my money back because they don't do restore anymore. I should have just went to CVS. Have no more business with this unprofessional place that just took my money and wasted my dam time when I could have went somewhere else and have gotten my photo.

I used my business bank card that I never use there just to get some cash back. A day later I had a fraud charge in the amount of 1k on my acct. It's no coincidence. Beware

Not sure if rude is the proper word, but this morning wasn’t good. There was one car ahead of me. I drove up, and literally watch the head pharmacist on the computer, later on the phone. Two ladies pass by the window at least twice, with one positioned towards the window. I had to blow my horn ten minutes later because they still never came to the window. When he finally acknowledged me, no apology, nothing. So I ask if the window was open…no response. Even though I put this store on my insurance, this lack of productivity and rudeness let’s me know I need to go somewhere else.

Walgreens pharmacy, absolute fail. Wife had her wisdom teeth removed we show up to get her medication simple antibiotic and mouth rinse. They say they don't have it yet they'll call us when ready. I had to leave for work, so I figured I'd grab it later that day when they call on a break or the very next morning when they open. Never got a call. Show up when they are supposed to open at 9am and no one's there. Waited till 930 no one ever showed up. Even the cvs employees were scrambling to figure out what was happening. Drove to another pharmacy to get it filled. Waited another hour, late to work. Thanks Walgreens!
