I was calling for immunization. When the phone rang, somebody answered & put me on hold. I was on hold for 2x. I didn't get the chance to say the reason for my call. I think that is so rude. So I hung up.

I’ve been having many issues with my prescriptions at this Walgreens. Employees and pharmacist are rude. They never apologize for their mistakes. They tried to blame customer or medication manufacturers when they don’t have my medication ready and they keep send me to another store which is far away from me. I’m very disappointed with their poor customer service!

Went there today i add some money to my cash app however i try to add $101 didn't check the receipt as alway when i get home i see that the guy had $199 instead of $100, i went back to ask the manager if i could purchase some item cause $99 and return the item and they would keep the $99 in the register so that way the cash wont be short at the end of the night, the manager didn't give me the time of the day maybe because im black, so i just walk out after all i didn't rob the store.

I recently visited Walgreens and was impressed by the overall organization and layout of the store. It was easy to navigate and find the items I needed.
During my visit, I came across a sale sign for certain sodas that caught my interest. However, when I went to purchase them, the items rang up at a different price than advertised. The cashier promptly addressed the issue and adjusted the price to match the sale sign, which I appreciated.
Overall, despite the minor pricing discrepancy, I had a positive experience at this Walgreens. The staff was efficient and resolved the issue promptly. I would recommend this store for its organization and helpful customer service.

I went to get the refill of two medicines. At the pharmacy they didn't want to give it to me, the first medication because, according to them, I had it for three more days, so I had to come back when I ran out. The funny thing is that they didn't give me the second medication either because it was backordered, but they recommended that a few days before I ran out, I get in the habit of going for the refills!!! Oh really??? It's a joke isn't it? of the worst
