I went to get the refill of two medicines. At the pharmacy they didn't want to give it to me, the first medication because, according to them, I had it for three more days, so I had to come back when I ran out. The funny thing is that they didn't give me the second medication either because it was backordered, but they recommended that a few days before I ran out, I get in the habit of going for the refills!!! Oh really??? It's a joke isn't it? of the worst

I have already contact Headquarters but I feel the need to also post a review on the store to warned people.The employee in question is named Sammy, and he works at the Photo Counter.On Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 3:00 PM, I visited the aforementioned Walgreens store to have my passport photo taken. However, I encountered a significant level of rudeness from Sammy when he expressed that I couldn't proceed with the picture due to my attire, which consisted of all white clothing. In response, I inquired about the location of the T-shirts they sell and proceeded to try one on l(over my current shirt) in order to take the passport photo. Unfortunately, the T-shirt I selected was labeled as "Large," while I require an "XS" size due to my petite stature. Consequently, I decided against purchasing the T-shirt. I explained to the employee that IF it has been my size I would have no problem in buying it but the employee “Sammy” refused to provide me with my passport photo unless I purchased a shirt that was three sizes larger than what I needed.This particular incident stands out as the most unappealing experience I have ever encountered at any Walgreens establishment. I felt mistreated and subjected to discrimination. Subsequently, I called the store to share my unfortunate experience, but to my dismay, Sammy answered the phone and proceeded to yell at me.Walgreens has always been my preferred store and pharmacy, as I value their commitment to delivering quality customer service. However, this incident has left me deeply disappointed. I am even concerned that the employee may have access to my passport photo and could potentially misuse it.

The store is fine, but the drive-through is horrible! The drive-through speaker has been broken for 10 years and has never been fixed. The poor ladies at the window have to put their heads down into the dispenser and shout so you can hear her. It is very annoying to have to repeat yourself multiple times. It's also weird to have to be screaming at the window so they can hear you. I've brought this up to management several times throughout the years, and nothing ever gets done. The staff at the window take as a joke because they know that nothing will ever get done. The corporate office should be ashamed!

Ive lived near this Walgreens for over 25 years and never have employees been nasty to customers.The black lady with pink hair working behind the photo counter is unprofessional, rude and quite frankly not nice at all. She was carrying on a private conversation with her earbuds on, while I waited for photos. Maybe she didn't know how to read but was upset about working today and took it out on me. She couldn't be bothered with customers today.Not happy working there, go somewhere else.

light skin cashier with the septum has a sensitive temperament. i waited a long line for a single gift card and when i went to pay she said they don't take apple pay when purchasing a gift card. she clearly felt strongly about this but it took me less than 30 seconds to get my card. she tried making me wait the line again but another customer that was in line said i could go. seems uneducated and disrespectful. maybe she shouldn't work customer service? anyways this walgreens other employees are fine.

Horrible service at this store. Just tried to return an unopened item and the manager said “it couldn’t be done” just because it was purchased on a different Walgreens. Never coming back to this store.

Nicole, the shift lead was super rude and needs a new training on customer service. On Christmas Day, there was a sign saying that an item was $19.99 but was coming up on register as $29.99, literally a $10 difference. Nicole said that wasn’t the price and would not do the $10 override even though there was 6 of them behind the sign, she said that was a customer, and blamed us, the customers. She insisted that I call corporate and that she would not do it. And went to the back and never came out again, I called corporate and now the store manager, who is super nice.. is going to give me points back, that Nicole.. is customer service. But that’s why she’s a shift lead and not a manager. And come to see that she has a bunch of bad reviews on here is not surprising at all. Something needs to be done.

Never again will I shop here. I had an interaction with an associate named Daleisha, and she was pleasant. However, her manager was a different story. Nicole, the supervisor on shift was the most nastiest person I have ever encountered at Walgreens. She was combative with me and refused to help me so bad she went to the back office to look up my account history. Not only did she come back saying she has helped me with a similar issue before, she said she was not going to help me again. So you are that vindictive, that you stalked my history to avoid helping me? Is that what we are doing Walgreens? You have a promo that failed to print my register reward and that's my fault? Then she was giggling with her employees at end while I was on the phone with Walgreens reporting through issue. Unbelievable. You are highly unprofessional and need additional training. I hope your staff does not look to you for guidance.

The shift lead Nicole needs to be fired. She refused to honor the points that were owed on my account and does not honor items that were clearly on sale. She is incompetent and a liar.
