  Worst customer service. Ask you to come next day cause is too late for vaccinations and when you arrive at the time they told you the person its not available. 🤦‍♂️ Jesus!!

  Honestly, it’s almost unbelievable how bad they are at picking up the phones. Half the time I’m on hold for 30+ minutes.. like seriously? I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what, but the way they handle phone calls and medication refills is just absolute trash.

  Fran is awesome. She’s super kind, patient, and just really easy to talk to. She made my experience way better, and I appreciate how much she cares. She told me exactly where to find everything I was looking for and was super quick with checking me out! Never had a cashier as fast as her LOL

  My experience at Walgreen has always been great tge store is always clean and the workers are very pleasant, polite and courteous. I always recommend Walgreens.

  The worst pharmacy, I have 2 hours waiting for the vaccine, and they tell me to keep waiting because there is no staff, so why do they accept appointments, also rude and impolite.

  This is the only Walgreens that I have issues with for curbside pickup. They will have you waiting forever or won't come at all. You will have to come inside to the photo area to retrieve your purchases.

  Horrible time management and customer service. Had an appointment for a hep b shot at 3pm. Currently still waiting and it’s been an hour… a shot that takes less than 3 minutes to administer and the wait is ridiculously long for no reason.

  Not sure why I came here after so many negative reviews. Had an appointment to get labwork done and Milagros was extremely rude after I checked in and was still skipped twice. Seems like its just her personality based on previous reviews. Not sure why she's still there. Taking her attitude out on me as if machines dont cause errors and instead of providing good customer service she was nonchalantly and snippy. If you don't want to deal with people than DONT WORK WITH PEOPLE.
