Horrible customer service. The shift lead Silva is rude and ultimately told me to go to CVS and that I should know the rules for walgreens, I don't work for walgreens and that is his job not mine. i have been going to the walgreens at 8001 Miramar pkwy with no problem for a long time and have never had an issue. He is rude and should not be the one in charge handling customer situations. It's all how you talk to people. He needs to go back and learn how to talk to customers. I had pictures done at JCPenny they told me I shouldn't have a problem printing pictures, so I was surprised when he told me he wouldn't and they don't have to notify me that they won't print the pictures. He told me this is walgreens not jcpenny and they can't tell me what they can do. If he said it in another way politely and not insisting I should know the rules of walgreens. I don't work for walgreens therefore I shouldn't know. Lost a customer for sure! Not to mention I am 9 months pregnant and this is after waiting for 15 minutes. He has no regards for people.

Horrible service and attitude . I stoped for a second because i thought we was talking to somebody else from how he responded on the phone if you don’t have patience for your freakin job quit . I only use them this time because i have to for insurance issues but never again ! Do not go here for your medicine

This is the worst Walgreens! They are slow to action, slow to answer questions, don’t know how to communicate well, and just downright don’t seem to car about the people!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a Walgreens facility. LabCorp and Milagros failed me today. I’m not sure if LabCorp and Walgreens are one or if she works for LabCorp entity alone, but either way, she needed to be published. Completely ignored my questions and gave the worst attitude. Milagros is by far the ugliest personality I’ve ever had to deal with in any line of work across all industries.Ps. Whats the point of checking-in on my phone “wait in the car” until it’s my turn. I received a text message immediately after checking-in and then waited 20 minutes before Milagros called me in. There were no other customers there besides me but she made me wait 20 minutes for what? Find another place to get your labs done. This place isn’t it.

My experience with this Walgreens location was horrible. I was returning a $8 item and I only wanted store credit. On average I spend anywhere between $45 to $65. The manager, Silva, refused to take the item I was returning, the items was filled to the top. When I attempted to speak with him again about the return; he wouldn’t come out to address my complaint.

I really wonder if management and the corporate office from Walgreens know what a horrible situation they have going on in the pharmacy.Terrible service, never ending issues with the phone, and fax, Pharmaceutical team do not know how to submit prescriptions to the Insurance companies.They do not read details their service is horrible, their lines are so long and not enough staff.

This Walgreens it's good. Doesn't have the same specials as other Walgreens which is a bit off . Most of the time it's organized but can do so much better.

I came to the pharmacy to get syringes for my B12 and they didn’t want to sell them to me. In Broward county you can get syringes with no prescription in Walgreens . And I got them already in Miramar Walgreens before. But this pharmacy didn’t want to sell them to me , which is a bad customer service. The pharmacist didn’t treat me the proper way. I don’t think I look that suspicious that they wouldn’t sell me syringes. I had to drive 2 miles down the street and they sold me what I was asking for. Horrible service, discrimination and mistreatment. Shame on the pharmacist for treating people like that. Really recommend the Walgreens pharmacy in s palm Avenue , Miramar. Absolutely nice professional personnel there.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY! Horrible pharmacy technicians . Did same day delivery for my prescription and it has been two day ! The app has been saying ready to ship for TWO WHOLE DAYS i called on the first day she said i will get it from 3 - 9 pm it never came . I just called again and i am just now being told it will be sent out today . So if i never called i would still be out of my prescription. Just Horrible I'll stick to CVS and Publix Pharmacy.

Today I went to get blood work and I was terrified because I don’t like needles and the worker there was ken/Kevin one of them when I tell u he put it in so fast I was shocked cuz I didn’t really feel it… he sooo deserves a raise

Scheduling an appointment was an easy process. My daughter needed to have some labs drawn and didn’t particularly enjoy having to do so. We arrived a bit early, checked in which was an easy process and only waited a short time. I heard and saw Ken cleaning the interior of the lab, so that was comforting to see and he greeted us and prepared everything with attention and accommodated my daughter. He was great at deciding which arm was best and got right to it without any flaws. We will definitely come back to visit Ken if need be.
