Extremely disappointed with the service at this bank. My husband went in to withdraw money, and after making him wait 30 minutes, they suddenly told him that I needed to verify the transfer from my account to our savings. I was in the car with our toddler, but they refused to let me come inside and then told him they could no longer assist him because it was closing time after wasting half an hour of our time!
This experience showed a complete lack of care for customers and a shocking level of unprofessionalism from both the bankers and the manager, Lynn Pierre. If they had told him upfront about the verification requirement, we could have resolved it immediately instead of being dismissed after waiting so long.
The disregard for people’s time and the poor customer service at this branch are unacceptable. I would not recommend banking here if you value efficiency, professionalism, and respect for customers.

Jean Marcos Almonte was very helpful and professional in assisting me with adding myself as a power of attorney to my family members' accounts. I really liked that before beginning, he informed me that it would take some time to complete the process, so if I did not have time now. I could return.

I recently visited this branch to help my 70-year-old aunt open an account. The experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and they seemed like they didn't want to assist us at all. We felt unwelcome and even a little humiliated by the way we were treated. It was especially upsetting to see my elderly aunt subjected to such poor customer service. I would not recommend this bank to anyone based on this experience.

They had bad service, I opened an account, a lady came to assist me, she asked me for all the information, my documents and then told me that she could not assist me on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at three P.M. and she told me that she had a client at 3:15, I was waiting at 3:20 and her client never arrived and she didn't want to serve me, she told me that she couldn't serve me. Then she went to tell me that I had to leave because she couldn't help me. I could attend since I had a client to wait and I told her that there was no problem that I was going to wait even if I had her client, she insisted and that's how long it took, explaining to me that they gave her 3:40 or so and those clients never arrived, which made her I said that I felt like they didn't want to take care of me, how bad I felt. I wish I could see the camera from all that time that even tears came out of my eyes because of the bad attention they gave me. The treatment they gave me hurts because I was Latina. They gave me a bad treatment. deal I guess it was because I was Latina

The service was good during my initial visit. Subsequently, the managers stated they read a policy and were unable to continue to assist me with my financial transactions. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional.

This place is super unprofessional!!!!!!I arrive there and there is no one to greet you and the wait is extremely long. There are more that 10 employees just walking around and being rude. There is a line of only 4 customers and it has been one hour wait.I had to ask another client to see how to get in line and after 50 minutes ask Kurt an employee at this branch a question and he literally ignored me and kept going. This person should be fire. The disrespect it’s extreme in this branch!!!!! And the negligence it’s at its best!!!! When I arrive there was a lady at the clerk and after 40 minutes she just gave up and left because these people couldn’t help her.No one has a whole day to be just waiting at branch all day!!!!The minimum they can do it’s to let people know that this will be a 4 hours wait.I really hope corporate will see this and make changes.

The drive thru atm steals money a lot several times i put money in abd it says its less put 2k in said i put 1700 in had to return all my money big scam make sure you count your money before you deposit

Great service all the time! The staff is friendly and welcoming! The manager helps her staff always and helps expedite wait time in the lobby to those who are waiting to be seen! The tellers are quick and efficient as well! My hat goes off to the manager and the team for staying so professional and friendly through these challenging times!

I needed to notarize some school documents and went on a Saturday to complete this process. Even though bank was about to close, Yanetsy Albuerne was extremely kind and helped me complete the paperwork. She was excellent!
