Normally I love this dollar general but came today before 7:30 just needing milk. It’s close to home and usually everyone friendly the “manager on duty “ had the door locked and when I came to door was like “I can’t leave her alone and I need the bathroom. So once everyone in here leaves going to bathroom. Should be 5-10 minutes “ I thought okay weird but that’s fine why does this lady with no dollar general shirt can’t be left alone. Maybe she’s new. Waited 10 minutes to watch them leave the store, lock it and run to a vehicle and leave. I waited a few more minutes before leaving and just going to a different store. Very disappointed.

I stopped in to do some shopping, but to be comfortable, I needed to use the restroom first. I politely asked if there was a restroom I could use and was told "they are broken." Then what do the employees use? If there's not a restroom available to the employees, then wouldn't that be a health code or OSHA violation? At any rate, I doubt it was true. It's bad enough at some DGs to have to ask for a key, but this is ridiculous. I will never support a business that cannot keep the most basic facility operational, at minimum.

The store staff isn’t given the authority to correct errors. $6 of my digital coupons didn’t get taken off of my order, a regular occurrence. I confirmed I had the items that qualified for the coupons and so did the store manager.

they do not rotate stock here so check the expiration date on all cold products. I bought a juice for my daughter and she asked why is there something floating in it and I looked at the date and it was 6 months past expiration date!

These folks on shift on a Saturday night. 10/10. Short guy and blondie soo soo polite. Never ever have I been asked at a dollar general was I finding everything ok or been greeted comingin. I ended up spending twice as much just cause the comfort of knowing I could check out with ease with these people here tonight. They need a raise for the respect.

Wouldn't recommend going here if you plan on paying with cash. Woman got mad at me and another guy cause we paid in cash and she had to do her actual job cause the self checkout was out of service. Imagine getting an attitude with people cause you have to do your job?
