Placed an order to have them come out and install wifi in my home took off work for it they sent a text message to cancel my order and I couldn't get an actual human on the phone don't do business with these people

GARBAGE! Internet dropps constantly. Takes 4 hours just to watch a movie. Frontier's answer is to reset the gateway over and over. Don't waste your time and money

They say you get what you pay for. We’ve had multiple issues over and over with our speeds and Frontier says the router speeds are correct because the “router” says it’s right. Techs come out and never check real world speeds only the router. Be aware and check speeds.
