We went to Tom Thumb today & Cyler waited on us out of all the workers including the deli workers he was nice, professional I give him a 10 stars you will go places young man thank you for good service

They put up signs for sandwiches that don’t exist (At least their employees don’t know about them). The hot chocolate and the peppermint hot chocolate is empty, despite them having some to stock it. I was told that it’s due for a change to a different flavor is why they cannot fill it. This location is right up there with McDonald’s in being some of the stupidest acreage in the area. The ladies that worked the deli could not smile or be cordial if their life depended on it. The only thing good about this store or the ladies that do the cashier job. I gave this location one star only because of them otherwise they deserve zero.

Stopped for72 dollars in gas and a side Mac/cheese, asked for a small cup of ice work my dog they don’t have any complementary cups and if I bring a cup in and get a cup of ice, it’s $1.89. That’s why people don’t like big corporation type companies don’t care about the little guy.

Use to be fine going in there but now it seems like most of them always seem to have an attitude besides Ms.Irene. Especially the older lady in the morning. Food quality and quantity went way down. Highly recommend passing this store and going to another one unless you want attitude for buying something and asking for change.

Food server put his bare hand on my food to remove a roll ,so I got upset about it and then casher telling me I don't need to act that way and then she got rude with me for not hearing her say not tap and then the manager comes over to tell me that this is his store and he'll give me back my money and ask me to leave that made me feel real disrespect I properly do around 90 percent of my business at tom thumb or Cumberland each week

Denise at the check out is so friendly, she gave us a smile and laugh!
Great selection of products, the hot bar of food looked delicious, and the bathrooms were clean.

Love their food that they serve fresh and they have a lot of options of ice cream and drinks and alcohol for a conscience store! Customer service is great and the people there are always nice !
