Why would you place a package with a cell phone or anything out by gate on the outside of it for anyone to take or be ruined in the weather. Pure laziness that’s why. I’ve had to replace my mailbox the neighbor’s had to replace theirs because your mail person rip’s the door off the hinges not once but twice. A trained monkey could probably do a better job. I get my neighbor’s mail& package’s at Christmas time because I guess they don’t want to make another stop. Do better or hire better employee’s.

Been attending the same package contents in the same envelope for months every Friday. Between molino and flomaton post offices. Tell me why it's 5.65 in flomaton and was 11.60 in Molino. I never questioned it until today it went to 12.45 mind u same envelope same exact contents inside. His answer was disturbing. He didn't care. Pay it or leave, go to flomaton then. Terrible customer service. Why can't you explain the huge difference in cost? More importantly why don't u care about people u service. I won't be returning.

This post office is great, these guys are out here making it happen. Not easy to steady deliver packages out here in the country.
Some persnickety people in the reviews - Mail men dont drive past your gate because people put in gates to keep in dogs and out people.
You can tell the postman considers how he delivers to every home, and the Gent in the office is always the cheeriest.
Couldn't be happier with my hometown post office.

The Molino post office is awesome! One of the best post offices I have ever done business with. Very thankful to have the friendly and fast service so close to home.

Molino post office is very unaccomodating. I have an electronic gate on a short paved driveway. They refuse to drive down the driveway to deliver packages even though the gate code is posted for them. The UPS brown trucks and the Fed X will come down the driveway. Not customer focused at all. I have to drive to the post office when I have a package to pick up.

The problem is when you post your times on the door and show closes at 11AM and reopen at 1 could you please go by your hours. My time is as valuable as yours so when I need to have Assistance at 11 and your closed that's not good. Especially when your sign says closes at 11AM. This happens all the time. Oh and let's not get started about the reopen time.

Now that the horrible manager is gone (Martha I believe her name is), the post office is a pleasure to deal with. The nasty signs are removed, the service is better, you can tell the employees are happier. Danny and Melinda are WONDERFUL!

Since April 2022, I have had WONDERFUL customer service at all times at the Molino Post Office! Our mail carrier, Melinda, has been absolutely magnificent ever since we've had her as our carrier as well, many years now. Thank you!!

Every time I get something personal in the mail (like a card or something that feels like it’s of value) it has been torn open! I received a late birthday card today and it was completely torn open. Thankfully my grandparents hid the money in the card slot and I guess whoever didn’t think to look there. It was clearly either somebody at the post office or the mail person because I went and grabbed it as soon as they put it in the box. Also the mail lady keeps tearing our yard up by driving in and out of it. There’s a area for her to turn around at, at the end of the road but instead she decides to come in our yard. We have blocked her off before from coming in our yard and she has verbally expressed how mad she was about that.

I have been to this post office a handful of times and encountered a polite man at the front desk! He has been so kind and always a joy to do service with. On the other hand, there is a lady (I believe the postmaster) who has something negative to say every time she is at the desk or runs out to say something. The first time I asked for pretty stamps for my daughters birthday invitations and she made a snarky remark, like it was a problem that I asked for something other than the easiest grab. The second time I came in at 1557 with 15 packages that were prepaid and ready to go, they close at 1600 and she came walking out of the office to tell me I need to come earlier. They’re open until 1600 and paid to work, that’s their job! I have a family of 6 and I don’t have the pleasure of coming and going as I please. The next time, I had a few letters to mail with stamps and came in 5 till close. She said, you’re lucky I didn’t already close up on you. Again, this is my 3rd encounter with her now. Next up, I dropped off about 5 packages and asked for some medium flat rate boxes ( whatever you can spare, but I need 5 please) and she comes running out saying I need to order my own because they don’t have a lot of space to store boxes. Okay, I will order from now on. But I told her every time I come in she always has something rude to say to me. So the point of my long review is that customer service is EVERYTHING! Little did she know I actually worked in a contract post office, we strived for excellent customer service and that says a lot about ones character. Beware!!!
