They close whenever they want. Website says 10pm but tonight they decided to close before 9pm

I waited in only checkout open lane,store#04821, lady in front decided to leave and check something. I asked if checkout lanes open, answer no, the manager went to check something. Man came behind me and went to other lane to be opened with 1 man in front of him waiting.
