We have spent the winter here and have had a great experience. The grounds are nicely landscaped along with being well kept and spacious. Nice mix of winter snowbirds and people passing through.Canal access to Big O if you like to fish. Clean restrooms and new laundry facilities along with a nicely heated pool. They also have karaoke and bingo in the winter months on a weekly basis.

Beware! That is all I can say. Read reviews from sites prices way out of line for what the park is. Northlake estates is less and modernized. Managers are unfriendly. 1700.00 increase 2yrs beware

Best little RV park around the lake. Not for the rowdy crowd, very quiet place. :) Nice pool, great showers, there is a restaurant on site! The staff was amazing!! Can't wait to return!

The management does not welcome campers to their campgrounds. instead they greet you with don't dare to not comply with the rules that change daily or you will be evictees. now I'm all about complying with rules. as long as they are applied to all equally. . The owners need to fire regional and local managers and start a new. The park was only half full this season and I imagine less will come next year due to their management style. They don't get that that are in the people business. i don't recommend anyone wasting their vacation time on this place.

Gem of a park. Staff was friendly and helpful when we showed up early with only a phone call and no reservation and were significantly delayed checking out. Very well kept, clean and quiet. The on-site restaurant has good food. Bit of a drive to town for groceries and such, but watch the canals along the way for gators. Would definitely stay again.

The park is way too expensive for what few amenities they offer, rules seem to vary from campsite to campsite, they have no event coordinator so if someone decides not to have, say, pool aerobics then your out of luck. Regional director seems more intent on running folks away than making the park welcoming. Office tell campers one thing then tell others a completely different story. Park does seem to be kept well groomed so thats my reason for giving it a second star. Definitely would not recommend this park for a stay of anything other than a nightly stopover.

In the middle of nowhere. 25 miles to a grocery store. Many full time and seasonal occupants. Overpriced for the amenities. WiFi is useless. Nice people though.

After three good years, good friends and good times, the management changed, the new managers Richie and Darlene, seem much more interested in driving people out than making it a pleasant experience. Extremely rude, they aren’t observing the same rules as the residents, when I spoke to them, I was told they worked here, they could do whatever they wanted. Well, they can do it without us! My advice, drive on!

After 3 great winters at Aruba, the park changed ownership and management. Our fourth year was such a disappointment we moved on 2 months early. The park manager is rude and disrespectful towards the guests. The office manager can’t even manage a computer. Drive through the park, it’s less than half full. All activities have suffered or stopped completely. My advice, drive on.

This place was awful. First of all there was a lot of traffic noise from the heavy sugar cane trucks that roll by on a constant basis. Many of the laundry machines did not work. As for the electricity, well, that was a whole other experience. Apparently, the voltage coming into many of the sites is too low to run the equipment properly. I learned that this could also be very harmful for the appliances. My fridge and air conditioner stopped working when I tried to use them.....another repair I need to deal with. Also, I would not recommend leaving your credit card with this park. I am still in a dispute over my final bill and it does not seem I will be able to get it resolved without court action. All in all, do yourself a big favor and go two minutes down the road to North Lakes RV resort. Much, Much nicer, professional staff, comparable prices and the electrical system works.

We had a wonderful time! The pool was clean & heated when the weather was cold. Restaurant was excellent and authentic. Neighbors were friendly; one cooked us fish because we didn'tcatch any. The (unsponsored) activities were entertaining. We played cards, did karaoke twice, danced, played games, saw Chameleons & the alligator. There were no strangers at Aruba, just new friends.
