Always try to stop at a love's if available. Clean with nice restrooms and plentiful snacks and drinks.

I went many love’s and TA’s but people this one are amazing.I went their for by air bag eatly in the morning, they took my right-way and replaced it very quick.Great service and friendly people at the front desk and in the shop.

The bathrooms are disgusting! Everyone is friendly and greeted when you walk in, but the bathrooms and store are nasty.

I stopped at this love’s on July 30th to get a shower and keep trucking. Sometimes there’s no wait or you may have to wait 30 - 45 minutes typically during peak hours. On this particular day I ended up sitting for over an hour. So, I walked inside to inquire about the wait. Upon walking in, I noticed the television screen that displays the shower que was off and there was a flustered looking woman behind the counter. I then looked past her at the shower screen that displays the status of the showers. I noticed 4 out of the 7 were blanked out. I asked the woman named Sam if the 4 showers blacked out were down and she said yes, until they could be cleaned. She went on to say; “every time I try to go back there someone comes in and I’m the only one over on this side at the moment.” I said; I understood and proceeded to go over to the auto counter to see if she could get some help on that end. That’s when I was advised by a lovely woman (didn’t get her name but she just had surgery)that they were shorthanded due to a call out and someone being on their lunch break. She went on to say that she was basically working a double to help the other shift. I felt so bad for the entire team because they were working tirelessly to keep up with the demands of the customers and I just wanted to shoutout the team; especially, Sam who went above and beyond to get our showers ready once the woman who did a double came over to assist her. You guys really don’t understand how far a hot shower can go when you’re over the road and I’m just grateful that I was able to get one in spite of all of the obstacles this love’s team had to endure. May God bless you all and hopefully, you guys can hire more employees to fill in whenever someone calls out or is sick.

This place was packed on a Sunday. There was a line to use the restroom, get fuel,park,jump rope, whistle Dixie.... we got back on the road.

Ugh! Not very clean! Stopped for fuel and bathroom break. The floors in the store and restrooms looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in months. 😳🤢

The worst DIRTIEST bathroom i’ve ever been in my life. The women’s restroom had a long line. By the time i got near the doorway i was hit with pungent smelly air … by the time i got in, my eyes watered- i had to hold my breath. i almost vomited. this is the first time a smell has ever made me sick. i believe someone left a soiled dirty diaper inside a stall and left it there for days. it was so unbelievably disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

“I went to this repair shop to get two wheel seals fixed on my tires. They only replaced one seal but charged me for both. On top of that, the seal they did replace started leaking shortly after, and I had to spend more money to fix it elsewhere. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I can’t recommend their services.”
