The associate that helped me was Danielle, she was very polite and knowledgeable. When I had questions pertaining to my specific car needs she was able to educate me and deliver the right information. She was professional at all times displaying great costumer service. Will definitely be recommending this store to everyone I know.

Caylan, manager is super helpful and sweet. Helped me out on a bad day and made my experience the best. Give this guy a raise!!! He is awesome and makes the store awesome! Daniel also super helpful with returning my order.

Came here for a MAF sensor. Found it online at this store to be in stock. Part was originally over 100 dollars. Picked it up tried to install it. Wrong part. Came back, found out the right part was over 200. The manager and the employee gave me the right part, price checked it with the right part and refunded me the difference. No hassle,no dilemmas and treated me with dignity, respect and stayed true to the "Customer is right", old fashioned policy. I have had this same problem happen many time throughout my 43 years on this planet. One time else I was respected this way. So that tells you the men at this car parts store have respect for us guys out there driving all over the place because someone else doesn't know how to realize that wrong parts cost us time and money. Thank you guys the part worked , I saved some money and was able to create more time for my family. God bless.

Absolute horrible service. I own a tree service and buy lots of parts from this location. Never again. All my business will go to O Riley’s from here on out.I bought a heavy duty battery for my dump trailer 2 weeks ago. Battery will not hold a charge. Used 3 different chargers at my shop. Advanced Auto employees claim battery is fine and it just needs to be charged. Once I told them I charged it using 3 different chargers in 2 days. Employee says “that don’t matter it has to be one of our chargers.” Would not honor my warranty of battery that is 2 weeks old. On top of that the women named Michele that was helping me was sick as can be coughing sucking snot the whole time I was being helped.I’m not one to complain but this is the final straw with this company. I had to keep the 2 week old battery and buy a new one. FYI I spend 15-20k a year on parts for my business.
