My horrific experience at this store on 3/28/2024. I opened the cooler to get 2 gallons of milk. There were about 8 gallons left at the door but they were crushed and some leaking. I observed a new pallet and stepped in the cooler area and retrieved 2 gallons. As I turned to exit an employee appears and asked me if I worked there. I told him I was getting milk as the ones up front in the cooler were damaged. He said that it was an employee only area and in the same breath said he was going to have to tresspass me from the store. I thought he was kidding and he repeated that he had to tresspass me at which point he tried to grab the milk out of my hands, basically assaulting me. I stepped back and asked (what so I am not allowed to buy the milk) and he replyed NO I am going to have to tresspass you from the store. I pointed out that no where was it posted employee only but he continued to threaten me. I believe had he had handcuffs and leg shackles he would have used them. He said he was a manager and I was only able to get the name Brian. He said they had a meeting about no customers in that area and I understand that, but instead of just telling me, he went to the extreme of threatening to tresspass me from the store. This entire situation should have been handled in a more non-threatening manner by this employee. But instead, with his verbal threats of trespassing me immediately and basically assaulting me by trying to grab the milk out my hands, he made me feel as if I was a criminal. Also it seems lately the dairy products have been expiring before the due date. We purchased half N Half and it expired about 4 days early and ruined a full thermos of coffee. Another gallon of milk was not sour but had white thick slivers and chunks throughout as if the milk factory let their vat empty and dry then added milk that contaminated the batch with dried residue. Then on at least 3 other occasions recently the milk soured 1 to 2 days before the date. We shop there weekly and spend nearly $200.00 on average. I have been shopping at Aldi for probably 20 years. I was so distraught over my experience that it is not likely that I will ever step foot in another Aldi. He did not formally tresspass me but I will no longer be shopping there. All I can say is POST A SIGN (EMPLOYEE ONLY) if it is such an issue. Photos showing no where is it posted EMPLOYEE ONLY.

Check your vegetables when picking up delivery, almost always rotten Cucumbers. If they would not buy it themselves, why would they try and pass them on us. Good rule of thumb, if you wouldn't sell it to your mom, don't sell it to me. Store personal just gives you a smarta___ smile and gives you a since of they don't really care and. ...look at you like really....your complaining about rotten Cucumbers. Yes ! After the third time. Do they even train there staff who pick the items ? No wonder they don't list there store number to complain.

I don’t like that the cashiers are bullied into working so fast and get in trouble for taking the time to be helpful. What a stressful workplace it must be, whereas the stockers seem to be having fun

Over all I love Aldi's for their prices mostly. There is one problem that I have run into at this store. A few times their milk has expired before the expiration date. Just today, 11/24, my milk dated 11/28 went bad. I drank a little over half of it. So it takes 2 gallons of milk to get 1 gallon of drinkable milk. That makes it $6.00/gal. I'm baffled as the milk has a door to keep it cold. I hope they can figure out the issue.

Always great prices, just wish they had more of a beef selection. Always sold out of burger meats unless you only want extra lean beef. Other than that, great place to save money. Don't forget to bring a quarter for your cart and bags for your groceries!

Clean, well stocked, and friendly associates! Only complaint would be the broken hand held scanners at the self check outs. Three in total

I've only been there once, but it didn't seem to have a big selection. I've talked to several people that really like Aldi's and the prices are suppose to be good, but I wasn't impressed.

I am very dissatisfied with the pickup service. We have used it three times, and most of the time, many items are out of stock, and you don't find out until someone starts shopping. The last two orders we have placed, we received bad produce. Peppers that are unusable, and apples that were completely bruised. Sticking to target going forward for drive up. Inside of the store is fine, just the pickup order service needs help. The very last thing people need now with grocery prices skyrocketing, is to get bad groceries on top of it. There is no way for accountability either, as you can't access the order once it is picked up. Also bought a reusable bag with this order, and they stuck an order sticker right to it, and it will barely even come off.

Something seriously wrong with this location. Rotted moldy produce, 75% of refrigerated shelves are just empty boxes. Todays visit showed a lack of workers, only 2, one shelf stocker & one cashier. This was 4pm on a Tuesday, with no weather issues to blame.Seriously, how can a location with such high demand be so terribly mismanaged and survive. Shameful.

The parking is difficult at this particular Aldi's. They have great produce at great prices but not anything unusual like habanero peppers or Chili Peppers. I bought a ton of fruit and vegetables and a package of two pork loins, a pound of ground chicken and a bag of frozen tilapia and my total came to $44 for all of it! I then went to Publix to get the couple things I couldn't get at Aldi's and I spent $31 there for hardly anything just a few cans of tomato sauce a couple of Chili Peppers, a package of fresh Chinese noodles, a package of basmati rice and some cherry tomatoes. I also bought a small container of white wine to make my fish with and it all came to $31 not even two bags full!
