I haven’t gone to a nail salon in a while, and I visited this one, I’m from out of town. They have the most wonderful customer service. Specifically, Lin was absolutely amazing, so detailed and incredibly nice! Definitely the spot for locals and visitors!

Sad to write this. Used to have really good service here. Went in today to get a French pedi, I usually go to Hannah who is amazing but I had to be quick and couldn’t be there for 2 hours today so I asked if I could get someone else to do it faster LOVE Hannah but she is on the slower side because she takes her time. I sat there in the chair for a while because no one wanted to take me (like 5 people were sitting around when I walked in) then the woman I got was so rude, didn’t even say hi, very aggressive. I should’ve just got up and walked out right there, everything was like an argument with her and I didn’t want to argue. Anyways, the French picture I showed her she couldn’t do so I just asked for a nude color and it looks bad. I just wanted to get out of there because I felt very uncomfortable. Unlike any other time before. Sad but I won’t be going back because I felt very uncomfortable. Usually a great experience but this is the 3rd time something has happened and before it’s fixed but this time it wasn’t.
The lady who serviced me was named Tina - do not recommend Tina.

Be prepared to hear alllll about it if your natural nails aren't perfect before you get them done. As someone who uses my hands for work and can't always make them look pretty before paying someone to do so, I've grown tired of the employees' comments every time I come in and will not be returning because of it. They won't just tell ME how bad my nails look; they'll also tell each other in front of me. Horrible customer service.

Have been going there for years. Always did a good job a fill was $35. Today for some reason decided to overcharge me $38. I mentioned it my receipt said it was for powder when I got acrylic it’s cheaper. Wasn’t reimbursement. I won’t be back

New customer here, absolutely loving Alina Nails!
I went to get a new set of acrylic nails with gel polish and a design. My nail tech was Mindy and she is an absolute artist! She did a phenomenal job on my nails. She is so sweet and makes great conversation while providing excellent service. She has a very light hand and took very good care of my cuticles and nail beds. The acrylic is not too thick, but thick enough it will not break. I had tips put on (except for the thumbs, those are the natural length) and all the nails are straight and the same length. The French tips look like they are press ons made by a machine with how perfect she did them! With this being my first time here, time will tell if there are any issues with breakage but I highly doubt I'll have problems (I'll update if I do). The whole process took about 45 minutes (typical in my experience for a nail appointment). Price for this visit was $75 as it was a new set with a bit longer tip length, acrylic, gel, and had a design. Very satisfied with this price for the service and quality that I received.
The salon as well is a fantastic environment. The owner was walking around ensuring that all of the customers were satisfied and ensuring all his staff had what they needed.
By the looks of it I'll be running back in two weeks for a fill! 10/10 first time experience.
Requested style: Acrylic nails with gel polish. Requested French tips on all fingers except ring finger and middle finger which had flower design. Done exactly as requested.
Cleanliness: Very clean environment. All employees wore gloves and masks. I witnessed each station being fully and meticulously cleaned after each client.

As someone who has been going here a lot recently I have gone to both Tony + Anne and both are amazing. But I reallllly have to rave about Anne for a second. As a new mom and someone who doesn’t have childcare I normally have to brave the nail salon with my sweet baby who is almost 5 months now. If you’re a mom, you know the anxiety you can get if your baby fusses + cries in public, even though it’s totally normal! Every time I’ve brought her in with me, Anne caters to my daughter and I, she’s fast, does a fantastic job and always lets me have a free hand to take care of my baby. Even today put gloves on me so I could get up and bounce my baby back to sleep so we could finish the appointment without hesitation. I love her, she’s so sweet and it just makes this momma feel seen, heard and better about doing these little things for myself even if I have to bring my girl along. Thank you Anne, you are one of a kind!

Cody was very gentle and did a wonderful job doing a gel fill-in with new polish. I have very thin cuticles, and a lot of nail technicians in the past have nicked the skin around my cuticles, making it bleed. The only criticism I had was that I had an appointment for 1100 am, and they were 20 mins late. Normally, that wouldn't phase me too much, but I had another appointment .

Needed a refill, got the job done fast and efficient. The salon is nice and clean just wish there was TV's for entertainment. Paid $43 for refill

Came here based on recommendations. Had an appointment for me and another person at the same time. I still waited an additional 40 minutes and the other girl waited an hour before someone was available. My nail tech was very rushed so my manicure was sloppy.
