Like many of the reviews here have said, we had an appointment window for today which completely devoured our entire day waiting for them to show up. They never showed and the phone/chat customer service repeatedly lied and said the person was just "running behind". Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We have a "new appointment date" but absolutely not...

I have been a customer for 25 years and I don't know what has happened to this company but they are terrible. Called for a gas delivery over a month ago and still nobody has showed up and delivered anything. I have called 3 times and they told me that gas couldn't be delivered because gate was locked. I don't have a gate. Never received a phone call or email. I would urge you to find another company.

Terrible customer service by phone. It's been 2 weeks and noone has arrived to deliver our gas. One delivery driver lied all last week about us not being home or that our gate was locked. The delivery was marked emergency and listed as next day four times. We still haven't gotten a delivery and it's been 15 days.

I called 8-31-23 because stove not coming on. I checked the tank(very light) which has no gauge. The representative said she shows 37% and I'm on auto delivery. I requested a tech come check the tank and stove which I cooked on the day before. The rep english was very broken. finally got a ticket created for 9-1-2023. No one showed, I attempted to check the reference ticket # on line. Amerigas auto system had no opened ticket for my address.I called in and was advised No available techs for a month to come check tss.ttathe.tank and

Amerigas left an abandoned tank with gas in it underground at my house over 4 months ago. They took the lid and it’s just sitting open in the middle of my yard. This is a huge trip hazard and not to mention I just have a random rusted out tank full of gas in my yard where my son plays. I’ve called and emailed many times with no help and I was also already charged for a new above ground tank. They basically took my money and ran.

HORRIBLE. Call another company. They have horrible customer service. I called on 1-9-23 to place an order to fill up a private owned tank they told me 10 day. On 1-30-23 I just called another company to fill it. I called them multiple times and they always say the same thing and never deliver on there promises. They do not deserve your business.

Worse company ever. They have been missing up on orders for the past 2 years for me, had them over 20 years. Since they put call center overseas not in local area anymore they do not know what there doing. When I call to get cyclinder exchange, they put down for refill. Then they do not give date when coming. So your suppose to stay home until they show up because if you not home then they leave. This is ridiculous. They need to make appointments with days and times for people. I have waited over 35 days and still no delivery. They got order wrong the first 3 times, then promise within 10 bussiness days but do not give an exact date. Then when they give you a date they dont give driver right info so they call wrong number and leave. Its the customer service people that are missing up orders. Then again they promise to be there within 24 hours, thats a lie. Then they say they gona give info to supervisor to call me but they never do. Still over 30 days no delivery yet. Customer service department do not know how to write info on computer screens and they are the worst. This company is not good, I will be changing companies.

My senior parents have been left without gas twice, when they are set up for automatic delivery. Most recently this week 9/24 and now the company is telling them they can’t guarantee a gas delivery before Tropical Storm Ian is to hit the area on Wednesday, which is four days away. I want answers and accountability.

worst company ever CEO needs to re-evaluate the way they do service and make sure they have enough delivery drivers have parted with a lot of money and due to no drivers no delivery and just lie after lie from the customer service

Literally on the phone with them as they were to make an emergency delivery a week ago today after the failed meter they themselves said needed replacing once again showed 40% gas and actually the tank is empty. We've talked to them about this for more than a year. Their own delivery guy last time noted that meter was bad.Now a week since we contacted them, we still haven't received the so-called "Emergency delivery" and they don't want to come out because they now say the tank needs replaced and they can't replace it with gas still in it? They contradict themselves and on top of that they want to place the replacement charge on our hands after they themselves admitted that they dropped the ball.Already have an appointment with Another company to finally rid myself of AmeriGas once and for all. They do not stand by long-standing customers. We have been with them for more than 10 years and they could care less. You’re not a customer you’re simply a number to them. Do not use this company! Worst customer service ever! We had an appointment scheduled for 5/5, and had spoken with the company 3 times and each time this appointment was confirmed. The day of no one showed up, and when we called they said we had a different appointment date. When I asked for the previous call notes to be pulled up and reviewed, they refused to do it. I had notes of dates, times, and employees spoken to and what was said and they refused to confirm that those employees even worked for them. When I finally was able to be connected to a supervisor, she also refused to look over past notes for the account. We were having service to get the gas pipe for the pool heater disconnected, and she said we were scheduled to have a new tank installed. How do you not even see we currently lease a tank from you! When told this was not the requested service, she said, that it was to have the tank disconnected, still incorrect. She said she would have someone call on Monday to see if they could accommodate an earlier appointment. She was asked to provide us with a confirmation email while on the phone and said she sent it. No email was received and when told it did not go through THE SUPERVISOR hung up on us! We had taken the day off work and paid the pool service to be there, no acknowledgement or apologies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
