Worst experience ever. Came in for a gel fill with French. Was passed around like musical chairs. The guy was vaping in my 13 year olds face. I watched him lock the door during business hours because he was tired of telling people he was busy; even people with appointments. Instead of cleaning the dirt under my nails, he drilled it out and literally cut even one of my nails. The French lines are uneven, the shape sucks, and one of my nails broke within a week. Not to mention charging me $70 for my nails. Charged me $55 for my $40 pedicure because they added chrome that I DID NOT ask for. He argued me down about it in front of customers. Charged my 13 year old $60 for dip. This place was dirty, no friendliness just fast service cutting corners and unprofessional behavior. I will never return here.

I'm surprised this place has a decent rating. I did not have a good experience. I feel the nail tech was cutting corners at my expense to go fast. First, he was vaping in my face at the table- how unprofessional. He broke a nail, he cut me, he continued to use community tools on me, even after I told him I was bleeding. He sanded my nails all the way down instead of taking the time to soak them off like literally everyone else does. He painted the dip on super thick, instead of dipping. Because he didn't do the dip (which is obviously what I asked for) the color is uneven, not to the edges or the base of the nail. I'm no expert but he didn't do the powder base or activator, which every other place uses. I told him I was unhappy with his application and he stated it was my fault for picking the color. I said the color wasn't the problem, the application was. The gaps arent huge, but they wouldn't have been there at all if he did the multiple thin layers which is a regular dip. Do not recommend.

Well it was highly recommended. Not impressed with the service. Did not get the full benefits of my Petty medi Spa. Never had my nails done while my feet were worked on. The young lady was pretty nice, however not impressed for the price I paid. I expected a bit more

The best nail salon experience ever! As a recent transplant from the South Fl area I have visited my share of nail salons. Angel Nails far exceeds the most expensive high end salon I have visited in Miami! Helen was absolutely amazing! She takes such amazing care to make sure your nails are perfect! My Gel manicure was outstanding, even providing a massage to make it that much better. My Signature Pedicure (a slight upcharge from the standard pedi) was worth its weight in gold!! The attention to detail and exemplary customer service will have me coming back again and again! I am so happy to say I have found my new go to Nail Salon! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. Twice now I went and did not get the quality I have experienced elsewhere. I am noticing the shop has received a number of fake reviews from friends in an effort to raise their rating in the last two days, due to an honest 1 star rating. This type of fraud is what causes people like me to frequent a seemingly 5 star business and then get the service I got. The first time I went in, days later two of my dip nails were damaged and about to pop off. I asked if the two could be replaced and they agreed. Instead, whoever did my nails redipped my entire set, causing me to have a thick clumpy mess that looked really bad. Like mini legos on top of my fingers. I know that they thought they were doing me a favor but they weren’t.
The second time I came in, I got dip again, and again less than a week later 3 of my nails came off. They were also misshapen, not round like I came in with, VERY bumpy and not smooth and I had to ask him not to dip my nails a 5th time because they were becoming SO thick that it was starting to look bad again. Sadly that was my strike two and I won’t be back. I tip $10-$20 per visit PER TECHNICIAN when I get my nails done regardless of the service that I received. I expect better results and have gotten better results elsewhere. Please take honest feedback and do better instead of just raising your rating with spam reviews.

I made an appointment with Peter (highly recommended) he started to do my nails and I was shortly whisked away to the pedicure chair for another woman to work on my nails (while getting a pedicure) I showed them pictures of previous work after multiple horrid experiences elsewhere, where they laughed and agreed they were awful.
Little did I know, I was in for a ride. My nails were so uneven. Different shapes. Different lengths. I paid the $85 and was offered to come in the next morning to have them fixed. Peter made them worse.
If you see bad reviews, please trust them.
The first 2 photos are the first time they did them, the other 2 are when Peter “fixed” them.
My 10 year old even said they’re atrocious

Amazing customer service, they are all super sweet. They never mess my nails up, and their prices are very reasonable
Cleanliness: They keep everything in there very clean, and make sure no cross contamination is happening.

I’ll just tried the new Angel Nails enjoyed a fantastic pedicure. The experience was incredibly relaxing and clean, and Helen, the technician, was exceptional. Her friendliness and attention to detail made the session feel exceptional. I must also thank Peter, for his warm welcome and helpfulness. If you're seeking a hygienic and professional nail experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the new Angel Nails. Amazing

I am extremely disappointed at this place. I have been going to Angel Nails for years. My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for Christmas and we have been out of town for quite a while. Unfortunately, my gift certificate expired ( I didn’t know it had an expiration date) and they would not honor it at all. This seems somewhat fair but years past I have received gift certificates, and there was no expiration dates at all. The new policy wasn’t explained to my husband when he purchased it So we were not aware of a new policy change with the new owners, (which I didn’t even know they had new owners.) Very disappointed I will be taking my business elsewhere. Most small businesses want keep their established customers We are on a fixed income so losing $50 is a huge disappointment
