Grant was our AAT person who recovered my GMail. I’m now calling him Dr. Grant! Personable, intelligent and knew what he was doing! Life saver! The Mt. Dora store is THE BEST. Sam is another employee there who sold us our I Phone 13’s. FIVE STARS FOR ALL OF THEM!!! I never have to wait for someone to attend to me.

If you are doing a phone trade in DON’T LEAVE THE STORE UNTILL YOU HAVE TRADED IN PHONE. I was given a quote of $900 for my trade in got the new phone. Was told “why don’t you take them both home to make sure transfer of info is complete.” Came back in today to drop off old phone and now they say it’s worth $300.

Sam was on point and navigated through the twists and turns to allow me to upgrade to a new phone and iPad. I strongly recommend his tenacity to troubleshooting to get into a new device for anyone I know.

Went to trade in phone and upgrade. Staff, including manager, said they did not know if AT&T would accept the trade-in due to a minor 1/2" scratch on back of phone. The scratch was so minor you have to hold the phone just right to see it. I went to the Company-owned store in Sanford. Staff there said scratch was no issue at all, and that scratches are not even on the condition checklist anymore (just cracks, chips, etc). Mt. Dora authorized retailer caused me unnecessary anxiety and extra work. I will stick with the company owned stores from now on....
