The Mt. Dora location (adjacent to Lowe’s) is hands down perfect.Truly a top notch welcoming atmosphere.Very hospitable, attentive staff and extremely exceptional. Manager of the Mt. Dora location - Daniel was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of during my most recent visit.While not every situation can be controlled and there will be clients (patrons) that aren’t going to be completely satisfied; the Mt. Dora staff puts in 110% effort 100% of the time and won’t give up until they can rectify any concerning issue that arises.

About a week ago, I went to the bank to request a letter reference, once inside I look around looking for someone to ask what to do in regard the letter or to get an explanation on what to do. I sat down waiting for someone for at least 20 minutes finally one of the guys sitting in a desk stepped up and approached to the waiting area where he asked to the people waiting if we were help. Finally whe he approached to me I explained to him the reason why I was there and he replied sayin ok not a problem that’s very easy to do we will send it to you via mail and then after that another 40 minutes passed by so finally this lady that I saw walking around back and forth for an hour approached to the waiting area and saw another person who arrived with an issue with a credit card and this lady asked for this customer information and proceeded to call this person when I was there for hour and half already. I m not sure if my request was not a priority but I don’t believe that I have to wait too long to obatain a letter that’s not right, I am a customer from this bank for more than 22 years plus.Terrible customer service

Plenty of ATMs for making deposits and withdrawals. Friendly & helpful staff. This is a very busy branch, so there is sometimes a wait, but the quality of service is worth it.

If I could give negative stars I would, waited in line for an hour on a Saturday cause the manager lady said they could cash my check, after waiting the teller said they couldn’t, should fire her and find some adequate

The tellers at this branch are the best! They work alone and sometimes without extra help, however they are kind and professional and still treat you like you are special.I would not have the patience, they all need a raise! $$$

We had documents that required a notary for a real estate sale so we went to the Mount Dora branch of BOA. We were greeted by the manager Daniel Hughes who was so accommodating! Although we did not have an appointment, Daniel said he would fit us in ASAP and that is exactly what happened. Joe took such good care of us and I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help. We recently moved to Mount Dora from Fort Lauderdale. The branches in Fort Lauderdale are a dark pit compared to our experience in Mount Dora. Terrible customer service at this place walked in to get help on a check that’s account is at this location and the lady said that they have no customer service for me because I don’t bank there. Bank of America is the worst bank I have ever seen or delt with. Would never do business with them. What a joke couldn’t believe the lady told me there is no customer service for me there.

What a great bank! It was a busy Monday and the bank was super busy. The manager Daniel Hughes was incredible. He made sure to greet every person who walked through the door and address what they needed. He went above and beyond for my husband and I AND every person who walked through the door. He looked like a multitasking master. There is no better bank manager around I can guarantee you that.

I have tried to contact them for two day over the phone with no answer all day. I went in to see the manager regarding a local business check that was made into my account and teller stated fund would be available the next day. I went to check balance and a hold was placed on funds then they sent me email later that night. Manger said he would look into he never called me and he stated he doesn't have any one to answer phone.
