If you are a retail customer, this location is fine.
If you are a commercial account, forget it. 100% of every visit, I go through the exact same drill. They NEVER apply the commercial account discount, and I ALWAYS have to request they remove the sales tax.
Gone is the day you walk into your local friendly commercial products supplier and they greet you with a smile or heaven forbid by first name! Since you purchase $5k -$10k a year with them.
I'm done with this store. As far as we're concerned, they don't exist.

The worst run Batteries Plus in Florida at least I hope. This morning your dope of an employee didn’t listen when I placed my order and when I called him out because he wasted my time he got pissed at me and got an attitude and used fowl language with me YOUR CUSTOMER. Your employee needs to be fired. Additionally he refused to sell me 3 batteries! That’s seems like a pretty bad decision. He cost your company a good ticket. How many more has he cost you? Your employee needs to be fired and you need a new manager at the Eustis store. It’s a circus. Never go to this location! Beware! Horrible store!

Brought in a key fob that I thought was beyond repair just hoping that somehow it’d be salvageable. Luckily Cameron was able to get into it and fix it in literally under 5 minutes! Can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for cell phone repair beware. The first time I went to get my kids phone repaired it was quoted 75 dollars. It took them three weeks to finally get it and do the repair. The screen did not seem to line up right but they told me it was the stock screen and the only one of it's kind. Well it broke within two weeks so I called to ask them to order it again. This time it took over a month to come in. When I went to pick it up they told me the price had gone up to 150. I was so upset because I felt I should have been informed sooner I was calling every few days and no one mentioned it. Management does not return calls. Poor business model all the way around. The back of the phone was hanging off and not resealed and they did not give me back the case I dropped it off with.

I love this store and buy every battery from key fob’s, hearing aid to car batteries here. That said, my father who was 90 when he purchased the battery on 1/22 specifically wanted a warranty so he would not have to worry. The battery is now dead. When we went to replace the battery they said the warranty policy had changed and to look at the receipt that says all policies and warranties are subject to change with no notice. Then they tried to say the vehicle was neglected when it was not and my Mother (who drives) had an unfortunate hospital stay but the car was used up until the battery died 2 days ago. For a generation that pays more for a warranty and trusts companies and that they will stand behind their word Batteries Plus , I unfortunately have to say, is a disappointment.

I needed to replace the coach batteries on our rv and found them at Batteries Plus. Exact replacement for original factory battery number. These have a 4 year warranty as well.

It's not often I leave reviews but let alone good ones. This place is a gem. I would have never thought that they did key fob replacements in today's age. My fobs for my 2016 Encore needed replacing. My warranty won't cover them, and a lot of places might scam and / or overcharge you. $60 for my fob and a simple, very simple programming process. I may hate GM vehicles after owning this Buick, but I got lucky with this ordeal. A big kudos to Michael for saving the day!!! Thank you, guys, and I'll be seeing you again for other items!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

The associate who helped me was very friendly and extremely fast (he took 2 minutes tops). He explained the lifetime battery replacement policy including the detail that I didn't need to save the receipt since I'm in the computer system, which is great. (Who can keep a million receipts lying around?) This is my 6th or 7th time coming here for various battery replacements for myself and my spouse and I don't plan on going anywhere else in the future. So glad this location opened up.

I had my screen repaired and I was having issues with my phone freezing up and doing odd things. Mike, the manager had me bring it in and they repaired it again. I haven't had one issue since! They stand by thier work. They have some of the neatest gadgets in there. Go check them out!
