“I needed a headlight replaced on my 2015 Ford Explorer, toyed with doing it myself but I got a little nervous, read online that Oreillys does simple headlamp installation when you buy the part with them. I walked in and Steven was so helpful, came right out to make sure it was easy enough for them to do, explained the process and helped me pick out the right light and popped it right in. “This one goes out for Stephen at the Rock Springs Rd. Apopka, Fl location.I walked in, locked eyes and his energy was what I needed. Light hearted, attentive, easy going and communicative in the way that I needed. I say that again because what he didn’t know (at the time) was that day was my anniversary and to have a random car issue to start a planned day with my wife was touch and go.I needed to continue demonstrating that everything was under control and Stephen complimented that. Even though O’Reillys the company couldn’t directly solve the challenge, Stephen being on the schedule that day was WHO I needed to help me solve the overall challenge in a smooth and powerful form.The details of how are unnecessary at this moment, but what he did in that moment….
