Mr. Capillo has the best customer service and attention to detail I've experienced, and I'm picky. Not to mention I just enjoy chatting with him. It feels like more of a barber shop vibe when it's just he and I hanging out. He knows my name and will sit there with my ocd until I am fully content with the cut.
