The gift shop is nice, and run by friendly people, but the cats are not there. The cats are at 2700 Getford Road, a ten minute drive away. It is relatively spacious there, and there are countless cats to visit and comfort. One is encouraged to do so. We spent some time hanging out with the cats, and left a cash donation , it was worth every penney. If it was closer to me I would visit quite often. Be that as it may, if you like cats, this is a destination drive, well worth it.

Cute sleepy cats inside, lots of cat decor and items, most seem to be not for sale. A variety of household items, clothing, and decor. Not as large as it appears from outside. Cash or check only.

This little thrift shop has quite a variety. I usually find something to buy. A warning to those with mobility issues: the space is not wheelchair accessible. Those using walkers will also have trouble due to it being a tight squeeze in places and there are single steps in two different areas in order to access everything. The fun part is enjoying the company of a cat or two while you shop.

Its okay. Its bigger inside than looks from outside. I didnt end up buying anything though but there are some nice things and will be back. Pricing was so so would be the 4 instead of 5 rating. And some things were WAY out of sight as well. Ill stop by again though in the future. Thanks

The Cat Protection resale shop has been remodeled and it's an upscale resale shop. All proceeds go to the No Kill shelter. This shop is a must stop by shop. Great prices. And the kitties that are on the fence (mural) at the front are the shop kitties and love the visitors! They get new donations every day!

Was driving through the area and stopped to check it out. A good mix of household goods and clothing. Two sweet kitties were roaming around the shop. I ended up finding a pair of Ann Taylor pants in great condition for only $2. All proceeds go to the kitties.

Lots of clothes, some interesting CDs, books, and magazines, and knickknacks at reasonable prices. Plus, friendly cats! Worth the stop to find some bargains for a good cause.

The CPS Thrift Store has very nice quality items for a thrift store. The staff are helpful & friendly. I highly recommend checking this thrift store out. FYI: I regularly foster bottle feeders for the CPS. They take wonderful care of their cats & kittens. It's a no kill shelter. They have several friendly, sweet, and beautiful older kitties looking for their forever home. As long as kittens are 8 weeks old & 2 pounds they are ready for adoption. Such cuties! Adoption fees are very reasonable & they have arrangements with local veterinarians for spay & neutering. Strongly recommend checking CPS when looking for a new feline addition to your family. BTW: They are a small organization & can always use volunteers and donations.

Love this store! I am an avid thrifter and this is a beautiful store with a wonderful mission. This isn't your average thrift store, its a boutique presentation with unique items displayed and not just shoved on a shelf. The ladies are very helpful, they offer old fashion customer service - it's rare that you get that in a retail store, never mind thrift! Prices are very modest and I always come out with more than I was looking for. The 2 feline hostesses are a bonus to the experience :)

A well appointed shop with higher end decorative items in the front of the store other thrift stores are short of. They have quality Ladies clothes, the kitchen items tend to be quality items but move fast.

I hate to give a bad review to a place that does something good for my favorite creatures, but its not so much of a thrift shop, more like a consignment shop based on the prices. Thats not my main point. I found something I liked that was $15. I went to the register and they said they only took cash or check. I am myself a one person business and I can take cards. The ladies seemed quite perturbed that I didn't want to go to the gas station, pay an extra $5 to take out cash and come back to buy the overpriced knickknack that I was initially buying just to help out the cats. So if you go, bring cash. And don't expect thrift store prices. At least I saw a cat running around.

Great first time shopping experience. Store is very clean and well displayed, despite the limited shopping space. Would recommend and certainly shop there again....
