I came in because my calls were failing, sometimes they'd work, sometimes they hung up on people, sometimes calls wouldn't come through to me. I bought my phone and have a plan through cricket. It is not physically damaged at all. It is also paid off. I also have a warranty. Giselle said I had to buy a new sim or pay $250 for an insurance claim. Obviously - that made no sense. Especially when she couldn't tell me what was wrong with the phone. I asked for a supervisor, Ryan chimed in and informed me there was no supervisor and I had to call customer service.
When they realized I was not trying to be difficult, just wanted a solution as I utilize my phone for my job and have a child in school - Ryan started messing with my phone. All of assuden the calls were going through but then my internet and data was not working whether I was connected to wifi or not. He said they only help people when their calls are failing and since the calls are working, there was nothing he can do. I asked if my calls weren't working, what would be the solution, he said he would reset the network settings (that was done already), and if it wasn't working by then, he'd call customer support for further action. Meanwhile I am already on the phone with customer support with a 15min hold time. I asked if he can just call for me, he said he doesn't call - he chats with them, and they "always hang up on us". I left still on hold with Cricket. About 8 mins into my hold time, my call failed. What a surprise. Now I am frantically running around trying to figure out what to do. I went to the Eustis store and they were BEYOND HELPFUL. Apparently several people have had issues at the mount dora location.
This location is purely unhelpful. Might as well just close down.

I was one of the First Open this Store location launch as AIO Wireless Services and then switch with Cricket wireless and dedicate Almost 5 yrs working for Franchise with Viva Wireless (Cricket Wireless)we have a full training and Never give any hard time or turn around any customer to Purchase or make payment to their services. Today sent my roommate to just make a payment on same location I worked before 17195 US 441 Suite 111 (Eustis) Mount Dora and was a rude girl working and give a hard time to just make my service today just because he wasn't the Account Holder, ONLY FOR MONTH PAYMENT. Demanding my Driver LC or ID. He has on is hand and one of my service number he use since I have cricket over 15 Years. I called the store and this representative was rude and nasty answer me why was the reason and refuse tell me when the store manager will be available and I don't appreciate hang up the phone in my face... I hope Cricket / Att services take action on her training and her personal behavior....

Walled in here looking like he$$, lady at the counter gor ms a new phone, got it activated and totally taken care of like I was wearing my suit. Rare 5 star rating here, corporate needs to give her a raise !

Was told that there was a 7 day return policy and when I came to make the return they only gave me 30$ of my 120$ purchase and the girl working ,Italy, just said that's all she can give me back but didn't explain that when I was purchasing the phone or else I wouldn't have made it.

Praise Gabby, Naydelyn, and Julissa!!! All 3 were beyond helpful! Went above and beyond to serve my every issue with a disgruntled ex sig other locking my phone on me! They were extremely pleasant and well spoken! Store was very organized and clean! Will recommend to friends and family! Will be back!

Simply the best service I have ever received by Gaby and Marlyn. These ladies are amazing. Gaby is patient, friendly and extremely caring about your needs, whether new or existing customers. They are not a money grab either as they will go out of their way to accommodate your pocket. If I could give them 10 stars, I would do so gladly. Made me very proud and happy to switch ? See Gaby if you stop by, she's very knowledgeable and helpful most certainly ?

We went in looking for a new phone because my husband's phone wasn't working. Unfortunately they didn't have what we needed but the girl helped us solve the problem with our current phone. We were able to change his number and fix his voice mail. We really appreciated her help!

tmobile did nothing about my phone problem so I went a few doors down to Crocket they ported my numbers from tmobile and we got 3 phones for $80 a month. T mobile lost us as customers forever.
