Stop in this store if you care to do battle to get the coupons you added to your card that they can’t find. Prices are high and assistance is difficult to find. Prices on some items are missing. I could go on and on!

Drive Thru Pharmacy allows customers to wait at the window while they prepare the prescription. We love waiting in line for an hour!

The pharmacy I normally use did not have my prescription so I had my doctor call it in there. They said they had my information on file. I paid 70 dollars for a script. I called afterwards because I realized my insurance was not applied. They told me I had to come back to fix it. I came back and they then they told me my insurance was not covered at that pharmacy. All of this could have been avoided if they asked for my insurance to begin with. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Won’t go here for any prescriptions. They always would send me a text it was ready only to show up and they would say it wasn’t to come back. Did this so many times with so many excuses- did not value m time and no apologies. Some of their staff were rude and unprofessional. Took business to other 2 pharmacies that are on the ball

For the last two or more years I have been getting prescriptions delivered from my local CVS. Currently, the app does not allow me to complete my prescription delivery request. I have tried daily for several days. The patient does not drive.

Bad. First off the mat at the entrance of the store is a hazard to people walking in and out. The whole place is poorly organized and I had to practically walk the whole store to get 1 item, a mask.There is only a bathroom for employees??? Which is LOCKED!....ummmm Because the shoppers don't use the restroom? Then there's a large clothes hanging thing in front of the other batnroom.....which worked because as a traveling nurse sometimes I need a toilet and I snuck in and used it.Practically no employees to ask for help from.This company is only in for money, there is ZERO consideration for the people going in.

Wonderful & friendly customer service from Melanie. She was a pleasure & is a professional. I'm from Virginia visiting family in Mt Dora & I heard some residents from Florida could be or at least practice racism. While I was shopping, there was a customer wearing a mask that read "Thanks China". Looking like he was trying in excite confrontation, she keep cool & acted professional.Thanks Melanie for your professionalism. Stay safe.

Drop off a script and tell the pharmacist that the dosage has been increased. Do you have these in stock? "Oh, yes and come back in 2 hours." I come back and, of course, they do not have them in stock nor will they have them until after 5 the next day. You have my phone number and you couldn't pick up the phone so I didn't have to drive over there to find this out. Do you even both to look at the prescription? The person at the service window asked if I wanted the lower dose. I wanted what was on the script as prescribed by my doctor. No wonder I have high blood pressure. Incompetence and lack of courtesy is running rampant.
