Terry was amazing.Genuinely helpful and well versed in the product line.
He went out of his way to find me several similar items so I could compare and find my best option.
It’s obvious he actually cares about the quality of the customer experience which is a breath of fresh air to say the least.

Yesterday, I shopped at CVS for CeraVE Psoriasis Moisturizing Creme. I asked a clerk for help, she looked and handed me a jar. I was suffering from a bad cold and did not pay attention to what she handed me. When I arrived home I noticed that it was the wrong product. Today, I tried to swap out the wrong lotion for the correct lotion, and pay any additional cost. Even though, they were partially at blame for the mistake, they refused.

I’ve been coming to this store for a good while now. I usually deal with a young lady named Jessica and she has been amazing. Everybody is always nice too and helpful in tending to my shopping needs. Thank you guys for being awesome!

CVS corporate policy are for rain checks to be honored at ALL stores and the Mount Dora store is well managed by Tom Quick; unlike CVS at 24450 SR 44 in Eustis, Patrick of that store refused to honor a rain check and is a poor reflection on CVS, very unprofessional,

The pharmacy sucks mainly because of the people who work there. They have no idea what it is to be sympathetic to ailing patients and have an it’s a you problem approach. I needed to transfer a medication to there pharmacy and was told 1-3 bussiness days , which is understandable but I expressed to them that I was in a lot of pain they just pretty much told me that that’s what it is, when I insist to talk to someone else about it the new person says you can call the doctor and we can have it filled between 1-3 hours. I don’t understand why the first person I spoke to couldn’t tell me that after I expressed to her how I was feeling. I’m normally very healthy and never have any issues so I didn’t know I could do that but if someone doesn’t tell you, how are you supposed to know. She also came off very rude throughout the phone call not helpful at all.

Awful pharmacy. I got to the pharmacy at 4:59 and they had the gate halfway down and they close at 5 and they wouldn't give me my script. I'm from out of town and had this called in today. Completely rude and the blonde pharmacist tells me the register is shut down. As a health professional myself, I think that is awful to do to a customer.

Terrible experience with an employee at this store . When I asked for the manager she responded with “I am the manager”. Very rude, yelled at my mom and I, and lost her temper because their photo machine was giving problems. I would not recommend doing business at this store.

Yesterday 23th August 2023 I went to CVS, I bought some multivitamins, after I paid them I got my bill with some %30 discount and 1.75$ dollar bonus and more... I decided to buy again and use these offers! Anna the lady who was working there came to help me, she took more than 30 minutes to only scan two more multivitamins and add my coupon! Many times she scanned my items and even looks like she was angry! A gentleman came and with no reason said he will pay my bills just for her to release me! She smiled and even didn't open her mouth to say it's me that took the customer time and she was the one for not knowing how to add the discount everyone was waiting for her! I told that gentleman that thank you I paid already my bill just waiting for her! She didn't say again anything and I really felt bad she kept me more than 30 minutes and after that how people misunderstood me! She even didn't apologize! Why she was also angry I really didn't understand! The funny part is she did mistake and finally I even paid more!!! I need to talk to her manager to see how he wants to return back my money!!!

This place deserves a rating in the minus range.I took my prescription to this place Tuesday at 5 pm and was told to pick it up at 9 am on Wednesday. I tried to pick it up about 3:30 pm and was told that I did not gave them a prescription to fill. After going back and forth with about 4 different people they found my prescription in a pile of papers. They said that they tried to call me to get my D.O.B. I had no missed calls. After the pharmacist was extremely rude to me I decided to take my prescription to someone who cares for my well-being. After going to this place for 15 years I am talking my business elsewhere.
